I bought this thinking it's going to work for only a couple weeks, not heat up, battery lasting only an hour or two, or not work at all after a wash. This is actually a great product. The quality is really good. It heats up fast and keeps you warm. The battery life is acceptable. It last about 7 hrs on medium. Which is what I use. Too hot on high for me. I use this at work as I work in a cold room (32- 35 degrees). I like the fact the it has a heated pocket.

Just received this today, tested out and absolutely no complaints. First it was packaged beautifully, the material inside and out is great, the inside is like a fleece material. So it is very warm even without the heat on, but nice to know you have the heat as a nice comfortable back up. Every pocket is heated, I’ve had other heated jackets and this one is by far the best. The battery on this is the size of a iPhone not bulky at all, like other jackets I’ve owned. I’m 6”3 260lbs and xxl is a perfect fit leaving room for a sweat shirt underneath. All in all if your looking for a great heated jacket, get this one you won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to give it some time before I wrote a review on here to put it to good use and multiple charges on the battery so that I could be of some help on here. I see multiple bad reviews around christmas time and I believe it's simply from high volume sales and low quality control. The battery was packaged well and so was the jacket itself. It comes with multiple cases to protect it from damage while traveling if you're not going to be wearing it or for storage during the warm season. One thing they dont tell you is the battery doubles as a charging bank! It has a USB outlet on it and you can charge you phone or other devices on it! On medium in 25 to 32 degree weather I'm actually opening the zipper a bit to cool off. On low as long as I'm not just standing still it keeps me warm even in sub freezing temps. I work out doors all day even in the winter time in a climate that is 13 degrees in the morning and sees a high of 36 most winter days. This does wonders! Worth every penny! Battery lasts almost 8 hours on medium and on low it has gotten me past 10 hours. Great product 100% recommend buying.

I like the Jacket, It heats well, it is pretty warm even without the heaters on, blocks wind and the Yellow one has a hood which helps, the waist and hood and sleeves are adjustable as well, which is a plus,, however.. There are no Heaters in the arms, there is no heater in the lower back, The battery is only 37Wh which on high only will last around maybe 4 hours and this causes the battery to drain quickly which concerns me because not only do Li-PO Batteries not like to be completely drained, they do not like to be drained repeatedly, to do so will destroy them. The connector from the Jacket to the battery is also such that you cannot use any other type of battery and at 7.4V 2.4A it will not run on a regular USB battery bank which can only deliver 5V by adapting the plug to USB or otherwise because the voltage would be too low. For short time use, yeah it does great, but the battery is really not big enough, and will certainly degrade and fail quickly if it is repeatedly discharged and then charged back up after use.. It is too small..

I usually wear XXXL shirts and the XXXL jacket come close to fitting me well. Plenty of room on the midsection but not so much that it is drafty, but the length on the jacket isn't long enough and there is a gap of about one inch between where the bottom of the jacket ends and the top of my pants begin. It is certainly warm enough though. I went on a 2 hour scooter ride in 28F with a strong wind and it kept me warm and toasty. I started off with it on low and about one hour into it found I needed to bump it up to Medium and the last ten minutes had to bump it up to High. I noticed though that if you turn it off a few minutes later you can't turn it back on again without pushing a button on the battery, which isn't easily accessible unless you remove the jacket. It's inconvenient enough that I found it best never to turn it off. The heated pockets are nice enough that you don't need gloves for short periods of time. But if you are going to be out in the freezing cold for hours, gloves are still needed. The wrists have Velcro so you can tighten them on your wrists to help keep the cold out, but the Velcro was too short to provide a good seal on my wrists. Battery life was acceptable.. I haven't run out of power yet and I've had it turned on for as long as four hours on various heat settings. The battery is kind of bulky but not overly heavy. I have other USB charger batteries about the same size that are considerably heavier. The battery uses a mini USB-C cable to charge which is easier to plug in than micro-USB, i.e you can't plug it in backwards. It also has a regular full size USB3 type A port for charging other devices. Some things I don't like about the jacket: The collar doesn't come up high enough on the jacket to effectively shield your face from the cold so you still need a scarf. As I mentioned before it could be two inches longer. It seems to be rain-proof but I wish it had a hood. The wrists should have more Velcro to accommodate smaller wrists. The battery sits on the back hip and is very difficult to get to unless you take the jacket off, but at least it doesn't interfere with my pacemaker like other heated jackets I've seen. Some things I like about the jacket: Nice and warm with heating zones in all the right places. Zipper pockets. An inside pocket with webbing that will hold larger items like mail. An arm patch that looks cool. Comes with a nice carrying case. Well made. Fits around my belly like a 3X jacket should. Zippers have strings attached so they are easy to operate even with gloves on. The lighting on the power indicator is clean and looks cool and is easy to operate even with heavy gloves.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He works overnight/early mornings in a non-climate controlled environment. He absolutely loves it. The jacket itself is really nice and he rarely needs to turn it on and when he does he doesn't need to run it long. I do recommend using the sizing chart. Of course I was buying it as a gift so I didn't measure him. He is usually between a large and extra large so I originally got him the extra large. It was huge on him. We reordered with a large and it fits how an extra large normally fits him.
