It's like drinking protein. It stabilizes me as I complete my fasting while providing me nutrition to get to first meal. Great during before and after a workout. Love strawberry banana flavor the most! Coconut is next up

Delicious - no aftertaste!

So I'll start this off by saying I hate the taste of stevia - I'll drink it, but it leaves a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. Stevia sweetened sodas? Can't do it, disgusting. I don't know how these magicians did it but despite having stevia in them there is almost 0 aftertaste for me, somebody who is
veeery picky about aftertaste. If you sit there and really think on it maybe there's some weird taste? But why would you do that? These things are delicious - the coconut one is fantastic. Will definitely be buying more! I'm very impressed.

These to taste as great as they did. Even the coconut pineapple, which I am not a fan of coconut. For the longest time, I tried protein powders but they all tasted gross to me even in liquified form. But these are awesome. And they work. But, most importantly, they taste great.

Got these for after my mastectomy surgery.

Was looking for something low carb and lots of protein after my mastectomy. These were a good choice. Not thick or chalky. Didn’t LOVE all of the flavors but I wasn’t drinking these for fun anyway so no biggie. The kids kept trying to drink them so they also give their approval.

I could not stomach this stuff. If you can drink it, good for you I guess it can be a good enough way to get in some extra protein. But for me, I could not stomach the aftertaste. To me it tasted of gelatin or chemicals and was slightly sticky and cloying. Which is illogical. It is whey-based not col
lagen so there is no reason it should taste like gelatin, but it has a slight stickiness and thickness that reminds me of the taste of clear gelatin. So if this is sitting around the house, I am unlikely to drink it. A protein one never drinks is unlikely to do one any good, so that is what I based my review on. If I don't like it enough to drink it, it is useless for my body.

I'm on a lactose free protein kick right now and these are really good. I love the clean simple eats clear Protein too but these are just as good. Love the taste. I do wish it had more protein in it though.
