I love the thickness of the floor mat! This pad is just right for placing under my yoga mat on an LVP floor. As a thin person, I find it quite comfortable on my spine and yet it’s just firm enough not to interfere with balancing postures. For my purposes, I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the price was just about half of more well known competing brands. It shows no signs of wear just yet.
