A great shirt with good features but they sure don't use pre shrunk sized material. Bought a couple outfits as I wanted to look good on my new job as the camp manager for civilian services at a small US military base and the sleeves in particular came out of the wash a full 2" shorter. The tiger stripe arrived early by 2 days, perfect! I ordered a XXLR, after that I started to read reviews that were saying that they ran a bit large. When mine arrived, tried it on and fit perfect, little big for a sweat shirt if like, very satisfied with this purchase.
