Propel packets are perfect for keeping us hydrated and when my feet and leg cramps keep me up at night, I drink a glass of Propel and within a few minutes I'm back to sleep with no cramps. Our favorites are Berry flavored and Raspberry lemonade. The berry is like the perfect blend - you cannot discern what berry it tastes like. It's really good! Raspberry lemonade is not strong, which we like bec when you're working outside in feels like100 degree plus temperatures, we don't want anything too strong/heavy tasting. We did not care for the grape, which is very grape tasting, but if that's your taste, you'll probably like the grape.

Buying the powder packs in bulk is so much cheaper than buying the powder packs at the grocery store or buying the premade bottles. These are my favorite electrolyte powders on the market, and I've tried so many. Why? 1. Small but mighty - you can put them in 32 oz of water and they still rock. 2. Taste great. They're almost too tasty because everyone in my house keeps stealing them. 3. They work! I feel the difference compared to others. In fact, I ran out and have been using Fluid Tactical's and they just don't work at all for me. 4. Good value. Only 35 cents per count vs. 88 cents+ for others. Caveats: 1. When you open them, the powder can kind of go everywhere, so have the water ready first then put in the powder so it gets captured by the moisture. 2. Don't drink too many in a row (like 3-4/day) - it might hurt your stomach. I can have 2/day and be great, and I have a super sensitive stomach.

Having bought Propel for years and constantly recycling bottles, I found powdered Propel, with zero sugar on Amazon. Niw, I just dump a skinny packet into my water bottle, add water and ice cubes. No plastic to recycle! Same taste as bottled Propel.
