Description

What is progressive multifocal presbyopia? Progressive multifocal glasses are gradual lenses, which gradually increase from flat light or low degree to high degree to realize the far, middle and near space vision function under the condition of central gaze. As the added value continuously increases gradually in the gradient area, the wearer can obtain continuous clear vision from far point to near point through lenses at appropriate eye positions. This design conforms to physiological optics and has good adaptability. Magnification Choice The top of the lens can clearly see the distance. The middle of the lens can be used to watch TV and computer. The bottom of the lens can be used for reading. You can adjust your vision by moving your eyes up and down as needed. If you are wearing progressive multifocal glasses for the first time. • Cute, big frames, transition section doesn't work well for me
Color: 4 Pack Mixed a Magnification Strength: 3 Diopters
I like the look of these, although they are very big, chunky frames. They're pretty lightweight, though. I like the near and the far strengths (and I DEFINITELY did not want a clear top--I wanted the distance vision). I can read, and I can keep my glasses on when driving. I can also use these for choir--now I can read my music and see the director. 😄🎶 The middle transition part doesn't work especially well for me. To be able to read my computer screen I have to tilt my head up to get to a spot that is just above the near vision section. And then I have to stay there. I don't find it very comfortable. One of the reasons I got these was to see how I like progressive lenses vs. bifocals. I have a prescription, but when I had my eyes checked, I was actually encouraged to see if OTC non-prescription readers would work rather than spending a ton of money on prescription glasses, since I don't have to use glasses to drive (unusual...). I think I have decided that I would rather have bifocals, and then a pair of single strength glasses just for computer use. If I could find bifocal readers that had my chosen diopter on the bottom and half that strength on the top, I'd buy them, but I can't seem to find those anywhere. All of the bifocals I've seen have a clear (plano) top. I might also try a pair of single-vision, full-lens sunglasses just for driving, since I can still read my dashboard at half strength, but I'd also like a pair of bifocal sunglasses for those times when I'm outdoors in the sun, but still need to read (a book, a map, my phone screen, etc.) Decisions, decisions... Anyway, these seem to be good glasses, especially for the price. With four pairs, I don't have to worry too much about babying them. I think it was a good buy. ... show more

  • Lightweight, but does not provide clear vision for me
Color: 4 Pack Mixed a Magnification Strength: 1.25 Diopters
I was excited to find reading/computer glasses in 1.25 with blue screen filtering. Unfortunately, these glasses do not work for me. The distance reading is clear enough, but they cause me to have blurred vision when reading the computer screen or print. Unfortunately, that was the purpose for my getting these glasses as I do not need them for distance reading. The colors are nice and stylish shape, but I will not be able to use these glasses. ... show more

  • Not for me
This is a set off four progressive lens reading glasses. They start at +.75 and go to +1.5. So really, they are for midrange to close vision, I think. They are a great value right now, especially with the current coupon. They came with four vinyl-type cases that would provide scratch protection, but not much else (they do have cute bunnies on them though). There is a cleaning cloth that I will never have near me when they actually need cleaned. The glasses themselves have sturdy plastic frames and nice hinges. They are comfortable on my face, but a bit clunky. Some might say they are retro, and therefore cool looking. I’m not totally convinced. The issue for me, though, is that I can’t get used to them. They give me a bit of a headache. I’m perfectly fine with plain reading glasses or even bifocal glasses that are clear on top and magnified below. It’s something about the gradual transition and the way there is no area of the lens that isn’t magnified. It messes with my eyes. I think these would be useful for desk work, glancing from a computer monitor down to a book or other text. They just aren’t for me. ... show more

  • Fits perfectly and works well
Color: 4 Pack Mixed a Magnification Strength: 1.25 Diopters
These are my first transition reading glasses, and I am very happy with them. I can watch TV and read at the same time. When I look up, it is clear glass allowing me to see the TV, and when I look down, I can read my book. It is a seamless transition, so you don't see where it changes power, but it definitely does work. The plastic frames are thick which make them comfortable. I like the blue frames and gray frames best. The only negative for me is the eye glass sleeves to store them are ugly. They are not my style at all. I would prefer a plain colored sleeve/case than this black and orange pattern. ... show more

  • Multicolor bifocal readers
This is a set of four multicolor variety of bifocal readers. Each reader comes in a different color. It also comes with four very thin cases for the glasses. The frames are plastic and have spring hinges.

  • Super cute and stylish readers with added blue light protection
Love these glasses! They are cute colors and are trendy with the times. You get four pair, plus cases for each pair which is a nice bonus. I work a job where I am staring at two large screens all day, so I get plenty of eye fatigue. The added blue light protection is a game changer for my eyes, and I can tell when I don’t wear them as my eye sight becomes blurry about half way through the day. Cost for four pair is very reasonable too. ... show more
