You know brush sets -- you typically get between 12 and 16 brushes with the usual suspect brushes for powders, eyebrows, eye shadow, lips ... First impression is nice, I don't see many brushes with silver painted handles. The brushes are not really different from lots of others that I'm sure you've used in the past. I didn't find them exceptional or terrible -- they were average, and nothing wrong with that. Average is the workhorse that gets the most done. At the current price of 22.99, that's the high end for the average brush set. I give this 3 stars as a no-complaints average set, 4 stars if you have a preference for silver.

These are very high quality makeup brushes. The carrying bag is sturdy and holds all of the brushes well. The brushes themselves work great, and the package includes a nice variety of different sizes and tips. Overall, we would recommend this brush kit.

I am pleased with this 14 piece makeup brush set. I would say this set is on the nicer end of average, with the usual eyeshadow, foundation, blush, contour, and lip brushes included among some others. The bristles are soft and well attached. The wooden handles are easy to hold and maneuver. They are a classy silver color and fit nicely in a black envelope type case. I think this set would make a nice gift, too. This is a nice set, and I'd recommend them.

I love this makeup brush set as it’s a complete set of face and eye brushes, it even includes a bag to store them all in. I truly like the modern and almost gothic appearance of them, and the color is perfection. They are easy to clean and work well, however, I wish the bristles were more firm. They’re a little too soft and malleable for my liking. They tend to make certain powders look a bit blotchy and don’t hold those powders that well, causing quite a bit of fallout. So as much I wanted to love them, I can’t say I did, I definitely liked them, but didn’t adore them.

Cheap brushes can be a bit of a crapshoot quality wise, very pleased with these ones. Soft on the skin but relatively firm so they are easy to work with and clean. So far no shedding even after cleaning. The case they come with is nicer than any other case I've seen on a cheap brush set. Two thumbs up.

Very attractive set of brushes that are comfortable in the hand and work well. The bristles are good quality and densely packed. Love the included case, too. It's not leather, but it's still pretty nice.

These are a pretty nice set of makeup brushes. They are visually appealing and the brushes feel full. There was a bit of shedding when I used them. I don't think the case is actually premium leather as stated in the description but it is still is ok and convenient.
