i was not expecting this set to become one of those items where my partner puts it on once and suddenly starts standing differently. like he looked in the mirror and immediately developed opinions about charcoal grilling and hydration powders. deeply concerning behavioural shift. but genuinely this set is GOOD. the navy colour actually matches the listing instead of arriving in that strange muted tone i can only describe as “corporate motel carpet”. very clean. very sharp. looks more expensive than thirty dollars has any business looking in this economy. fit is true to size and weirdly flattering in a low effort way. not painted-on gym bro compression wear. not oversized youth pastor at a beach retreat. just sits nicely on the body without looking clingy or tragic. the shirt especially hangs really well. the material deserves government funding honestly. lightweight enough for summer but not so thin that every anatomical detail becomes a public service announcement. because let me tell you something. men’s activewear lately has become psychologically violent. some of these fabrics are one strong gust of wind away from turning an innocent park jog into an HR incident. this however? dignified. contained. civilisation preserved. my partner wore this during a 90 degree nyc workout and somehow emerged looking completely normal. meanwhile the rest of humanity was outside dissolving like victorian ghosts abandoned in direct sunlight. and the sweat resistance on this fabric is genuinely impressive because there should have been evidence. there should have been visible proof that this man possesses pores. instead he looked suspiciously composed. like a video game character rendered without environmental damage. also the pockets are real pockets. actual usable pockets. not those tiny decorative little denim lies where you can maybe store one breath mint and a regret. the whole thing has this unexpectedly polished look too. like if you saw someone wearing it to grab iced chai after the gym you wouldn’t immediately assume they own six tubs of “extreme mango explosion” pre-workout and a podcast microphone. in the chaiconomy this sits around three chai which honestly feels fair considering how many summer men’s sets out there are basically translucent napkins stitched together by despair. ✨tl;dr✨ breathable, true to size, sweat-proof enough to conceal the full horrors of human exertion and somehow manages to make a man look put together during a heatwave. a rare and powerful garment.

This Summer Track Suit is quite comfortable. The material is soft and the shirt and pants were sized appropriately and was true to fit. The appearance on the product page unfortunately looks better than the appearance in-person/real-world (see my photo). Lighting always plays tricks! The product seems to have a decent quality. I have washed it once and the color appears to be intact. The product came shrink wrapped so it was quite wrinkled coming out the package. It is a versatile outfit that can be used to the gym, as a casual lounger outfit, or as a quick get out the house for a walk wear. The product is priced close to $30 which seems high for what you get. I would say it isn't a great value for the money and I took a star away for that fact. Nonetheless, if you can get it closer to $20 then go for it.
