Description

This pair of closet pole sockets is constructed of durable plastic and comes white in color. They are designed to support 1-3/8 inch diameter closet poles, and they feature a large 2-3/16 inch base and 3/4 inch deep cups. The closed closet pole socket installs with only one fastener, while the open socket installs with an additional nail to prevent it from rotating during use. Prime-Line Products also has similar closet pole sockets available in natural wood, brass plated steel and diecast, and painted diecast options. These are easy to install and work as described. They are not "heavy duty"; i.e. they will hold a curtain rod or closet rod just fine as long as that closet rod is not too terribly long with a LOT of weight on it. For the price, definitely a great purchase!
