Ultimately this dress worked well for me at an outdoor Miami wedding, but there were some challenges. Pros: The dark blue and gray blue colors are both gorgeous. (More later on why I have two of these dresses.) Customer service quickly sent me a replacement for the dark blue dress. (Again, more later.) After the initial gentle ironing, the gray blue dress traveled well in my carry-on. The fabric hung beautifully (I’m nearly 5’8”, 116 lbs.); it’s like satiny slip or nightgown fabric. I dressed it up with a silver wrap and shoes, received many compliments, and still looked good after hours of dancing (two photos provided here were taken late night after the wedding, forgot to pose with the full ensemble). The price is hard to beat. Cons: I gently washed the dark blue dress before wearing and it came out covered with tiny spots (see one photo); I feel certain it was not due to my washer (the instructions did not seem to requite hand washing) but I can’t say for sure whether it was due to faulty dye or something else out of my control. The stitching at the neck, arms and side slits, while not super prominent, looks a bit cheap and is more obvious on the gray blue dress than the dark one (see photo of neck area). The two rounded buttons at the back of the neck are VERY difficult to get in and out of the loops provided. (I succeeded but recommend you replace them with slightly smaller buttons or have someone ready to help.) The small was not at all fitted as in the ad photos. I am happy with the fabric, but be aware it is thin and won’t hide much except for some help provided by the flowing nature of the dress. The full story is that, once the laundry debacle occurred with the dark blue dress I ordered through Vine, I ordered and paid full price for the gray blue one right away, fearing the replacement process would take too long and that I couldn’t trust the dark blue fabric. However, customer service assured me the replacement would come quickly and it did, in time for the wedding! That said, I loved the gray blue color and decided to go with that one, not washing it ahead of time. Everything worked out well. I’ll post more photos if I get some shared from the event. I have not yet washed the replacement dark blue dress, as yet unworn, or the gray blue one that’s been worn the one time. I plan to hand wash them with a delicate wash I’ve ordered. I will update with the results!

The fit was spot on and the color was as pictured. This dress is pretty versatile and can worn casually or dressed up for a fancy dinner or wedding.

I ordered this dress in the dark blue which is really teal. Beautiful color and I like the fabric which seems high quality. I also ordered this in vivid blue. This dark blue, the waist was super tight, in the other one, not as much. My waist is 28" and I think the trick with this dress may be to size up, because if the waist is fitted, it causes the top to blouse out significantly which just makes me look bigger and wider. One of the live videos, the dress looked amazing on the woman but it was also hanging on her thin frame, not stuck at her waist and blousing out. Also the shoulder fabric goes way too far out on the shoulders so that gives a very boxy effect too, also making me look wider. If I liked everything else about this dress I would just tuck under the shoulder fabric and sew it down, but overall this was just too much fabric for my 5'4" frame at 125 lbs. This is going back.

This is such a pretty dress. It might fit just a tad small on top but I am at 34 double D so that’s a typical struggle. Great quality dress though! Love the slit up the side.

Love this dress! So beautiful. I wore it to a wedding and got so many compliments on it. I will admit I had to return thr 1st 2 I bought bc they had flaws...one had a twisted seam and the other had weird scrunching along the waist. Was able to exchange out easily and quickly. If you are bustier size up. Once I steamed the dress it looked amazing. Buttons on the back at the neck are super small and I required help with them from my husband. Over all great dress and I can't wait to wear it again.

I was not sure whether to keep the dress at first as the fabric felt quite „plastic“, but I loved the fit and color. After some ironing I decided to wear it on a friends‘ wedding and got sooo many compliments on the cut, the color (dark red) and even the softness of the fabric. I am 5‘2 and the size S reached to about my ankles.
