I’m usually in between sizes (small in some clothes and medium in others). I ordered a small for this dress and it didn’t fit tight at all. I felt comfortable throughout the night (through dinner, drinks, and dancing). I forgot to bring the belt part with me but the dress still worked perfectly without it.

I wanted to love this dress, but the top seems two sizes larger than the rest of the dress. I purchased this in two colors. When I tried on the first dress, the shoulder was too wide. I'm above average on top, but I have average shoulders for my frame. In order for this have fit properly, it would've had to go to a tailor. I thought, perhaps, it had been stretched out by a previous owner. So, I tried on the other dress. It had the same issue. What I Loved: Colors are gorgeous! The bottom portion of the dress is form-fitting, but very forgiving, giving any shape a great look. The fabric has a great density and sheen to it, making it look glamorous, but not over the top. What I Didn't Like: The top and bottom of the dress seem like two completely different sizes. The top fits very large. If you have broad shoulders and a larger bra size, this dress may be perfect for you. The bottom is true to size, and so sizing down for the top to fit isn't a solution. The dress itself is really nice, but mine arrived with no packaging around it. The tags were ripped off, the belt wasn’t ln the baggie , but the baggie was there. It looks wore and the dress was turned inside out. Kinda of sucks. I originally ordered a different one and returned the original due to sizing … the 1st one was packaged perfectly and was obliviously new . Disappointed.

Wow! This dress is lovely for the price. It’s not terrific quality but for the price it’s lovely and assuming I hand wash it I expect to get several wears from this dress. The deep, teal blue color is lovely, I ordered the small. It fit well but An extra small would have been perfect. Like others have stated, the belt tends to slide off since there aren’t any loops to hold it in place. It’s still lovely though & I love the open shoulder style. I never buy clothing from Amazon and I’m happy with this purchase.
