Although the length was the same, the small was too tight in the shoulder and kept trying to fall off my shoulders. I love the blue/white print and that it is a high/low which is more flattering than the blue/pink one I ordered that is one length all around. I wish more prints came in the high low hem. You'll have to look at the pictures closely to determine which is which.

It's cute and the colors match the description! It's just way too big. The arms are huge and looks more like a baggy long sleeve and falls off my shoulders. Looked like I was wearing a tent and made me look a lot heavier than I am. If you order size down at least 2 sizes. I ordered a large my normal size. It fit more like a XXL. I will be returning it which is unfortunate because it is a beautiful top it's just way too big.

Its definitely baggy and the cut is a little funky, but its workable. The print is cute and i'm hopeful that a good wash will help with the stiffness of the fabric. Trying not to let my expectations exceed the amount i paid for it.
