Not water proof, not even water resistant. My custom Squaredrop sustained SIGNIFICANT water damage in just 2 months under this cover. You would be better off with a wet towel. Light rain soaked right through the material!

    • Door is in the wrong place...

I was hoping that the size I ordered might be like the picture, but no, just like everyone else says, the door is in the back behind the tire, not toward the front where the door really is. Someone designed (or made) these wrong, but just keep shipping them out to customers hoping we'll keep it and pay for their mistake. Otherwise, this looks like it will keep the rain off, but I have no idea how well it will hold up in the sun. The 10-12' size is too big for my 5x10 teardrop... thinking the 8-10' would have been a better fit. ... show more

The material of this cover is first rate, strong and apparently waterproof. It fits my 8' by 5' teardrop trailer very tightly, maybe too tight. It was a bit difficult to put on, but I managed. The problem was that the zippered panel for the door was misplaced. It was on the left side BEHIND the wheel! The zippered access for the rear lift up door is correct, so I don't have it backward. But there is no door where the door access is located. Someone got in a hurry when they installed the zippers! Also the cover is so tight that I don't dare open any of the zippers, I'd never get them closed again. All in all, it looks like it will do the job for me. But it's such a screwup I'll never order another from this company. Well, part two of the story; I returned the original cover believing that it was a one time screw up. But the replacement cover was identical to the first one. The zippered access for the door was behind the wheel on the left side. Unbelievable! I give up. I just have a cover with no access to the door. The material is great, we'll see how long it lasts. ... show more

Bought oct 2022. Uncovererd camper may 25 2023. Cover completly dry rot. Ripped as i was taking off. Pos. 119 dollars. 6 mil plastic would have lasted longer. Not even in full sun. Gets about 3 hours of sun per day.
