The La Tulip Scent (should it have been La Tulipe?) is a gentle, floral fragrance that has a clean laundry type of scent. Limited throw, great for smaller spaces or for your desk at work. Pros: Generous amount of fragrance liquid, perfect for refilling smaller bottles. Beautiful clean floral accord, perfect for bathroom or bedroom. Well packaged, makes for a great gift. Comes with five 12" long reed diffusers. Has ingredients printed on box, great for those with skin allergies who want to avoid contact with certain chemicals. Cons: The bottle is brown plastic (not glass) and therefore is easier to tip over when not full. Liquid is ethyl alcohol based, giving you limited life as it evaporates faster than oil based diffusers. Always keep these out of reach of children and away from heat sources. Overall, a great value for refilling smaller bottles.

I've had luck previously with purchasing fragrance online so thought I would try a different brand product for my upstairs bathroom and ordered this diffuser set. Rating fragrance is tough. It's definitely personal preference and what might smell great to one person may not be so great for another. In my case, I ordered the 'Hug Soap' scent and I don't like it at all. Though it is described as resembling 'clean soap', from the moment I opened the bottle, the first thing that came to mind was mosquito repellent. That is all I can smell. I followed the directions and placed the reeds in the bottle for a few minutes before turning them upside down. I will say that the fragrance distributes very broadly. When I discovered that I found the fragrance to be unpleasant, I removed it from my bathroom and put it in a spare bedroom instead. Nonetheless, my entire second floor smells like 'hug soap'. That might actually be a really good thing if you love the scent but in my case, I find it unpleasant and overpowering. Lastly, the bottle is plastic. For a diffuser that is labeled as 'premium', I would have expected glass. This product, while attractive enough from a distance, misses the mark for me both due to the scent and the plastic bottle.

I bought this one because i wanted to try something new to freshen the air inside my house, as soon as I received it, I noticed that this is not your average reed diffuser sold on Amazon, this is a huge bottle with 4 times the amount of fragrance that regular and similarly priced sets sell for. The smell is super good, in fact it is so good, that I ended up using some of the fragrance in an electric diffuser I have in my bathroom, and the results are great. As soon as this one runs out, I'll be buying a second bottle.

I have been building out a playroom in my home and even though I have a Pura diffuser in the home, I knew that I would need a little boost in the playroom specifically because the kids can get rowdy when playing and I want it to smell fresh. I put the diffuser out a few days ago and now when I go into the playroom I really love the scent. A lot of the toys are wood and plastic in there as well and this diffuser helps to mask the scent of those products. The citrus smell is refreshing and I would recommend this diffuser.

I was expecting something a little classier and more adult scented with the 'Hotel Wood' scent. The name suggests leather and wood with maybe some smokiness. What I got smells like a factory had left over cheap cologne and decided to mix it with left over masculine branded body wash. It's repulsive.

It's not a big deal, but most of our previous diffusers had clear bottles to easily see how much is left in the bottle. This one, the bottle is dark, and the liquid inside appears dark, so it's difficult to see when it's time to get a replacement bottle. Otherwise, the scent is fine -- not real flowery or ascetic, just a barely noticeable scent of, well, black cherry. Since it is not over-flowery, it can be used in just about any room, not just a bathroom.
