  • Lays flat, slightly tacky, great for tool boxes.
Pretty great. Nearly perfect width for laying across the bottom of my truck tool box. It lays flat out of the package ( it comes rolled up) but lays completely flat on its own. They also actually give you more than 16’ of it because I laid it double thick in my tool box which was 62” two times and then I rolled the remainder over my 8’ workbench and it still had excess. The only thing that would make this product better would be if it was double thickness. Slight grid pattern to it made it easy to cut straight lines. It has just enough of a tacky characteristic to keep things from sliding around as well as itself. It doesn’t slide in a powder coated tool box with any kind of weight on it. ... show more

  • Much more high quality than one might think
I figured these would be a slightly better version of some of those non slip pads people buy at the store for their cabinet drawers and what not, but they exceeded my expectation. It's funny because I just watched a video about a guy who doesn't recommend these types of products, and actually recommends using those thick industrial rubber gym mats. But those are pricey, and this roll fit the bill so I took a chance. Anyways, I guess over time I can see these deforming perhaps as compared to a heavy duty 1/4" mat. But heck, I just need a pad so my tools don't slide and also scratch the tool box drawer, and for that these will do great. Also, easy to cut with just a razor blade. For the price I am very pleased ... show more

  • STRAIGHT grid lines????? Nope
"Each roll comes with STRAIGHT grid lines to get the job done quick and easy" I believed that, measured, made my cuts along the "straight grid lines" and then wondered why I have a trapezoid instead of rectangle. The grid lines might be "straight" but they aren't square with the edges, at least on my roll. After I figured that out I abandoned the grid lines and used a measuring tape and straight edge to make my cuts and it all came out OK, just not nearly as easy as it should have been. ... show more

  • Good basic liner with a little compression give and a slight tackiness.
Good basic liner with a nice thickness which gives it a little compression when pressed. Has a slight tackiness to prevent slippage but is not sticky, a nice balance. Was easy to trim to size using a 1 sided razor blade and a straight edge. Has slight grid lines which were not useful as cutting guides since they were not strictly orthogonal or straight - minus 1 star. ... show more

  • Hit or miss
The first roll I got the grid design was squared up nice. Made it really easy to cut to fit my toolbox drawers. The second roll I got was on an angle. Made it much harder to cut and fit the drawers. Material is good quality an lays nice. Seems like it’ll be durable and long lasting. Nice feel to it. For the price, I’d buy it again. ... show more

  • Lining the drawers of my toolbox
A Craftsman box I bought didn't come with drawer liners. Of the options this seemed the most promising from the reviews. The quality of the material seems to be pretty decent, I like the texture, thickness, and amount of grip. Used a scrap piece to get a better grip on an oil filter the other day. The lines on it are not square however. I used my wife's cutting mat and ruler to make square cuts and they came out great. ... show more

  • Great as wire shelf liner.
I actually used this to line my wire shelves with. It is not so thick that small objects fall over, keeps objects from falling between the wires, looks great, and is easy to cut. I tried wire shelf liners and they we're either hard to cut or flimsy. The shelves made by companies are never the exact size, they say 36x14 inch but are really around that size and so are the liners. Which means you end up cutting to fit. Really it's just luck if they fit your shelves or not. Then if they fit they end up being flimsy. ... show more

  • Very good quality tools draw liner.
This is a very good quality tools draw liner. It is not too thin or too thick and secure my tools in the tool chests nicely. It is very easy to be cut and the edge is smooth. I highly recommend this product.
