Just got the product. I was exited to open it but was disappointed. Mickey and Donald were broken into many pieces. But the box was undamaged. Hope the replacement will come in one piece.

I love this little count down set. I would have given it 5 stars, but it was broken so I had to glue it back together. I saw the previous reviews so I opened the box figuring that something would need to be repaired. It’s super cute, now that Donald is glued back together again!

    • The product is likely to arrive broken somewhere around Donald.
The first product received, Donald was completely broken off from the base. We returned it and requested a replacement. The second product arrived with Donald's upper drumstick broken off. We did not return this item as we did not expect to do any better with a third and it seems repair (gluing) would be relatively easy. I can't say the packaging was lax by the manufacturer. It seemed the product was well protected by the Styrofoam form around it, but two for two on arriving broken means something is amiss. Not sure what. ... show more

    • Arrived broken twice
Ordered twice and both times it came broken. Really liked the item so fixed with superglue the second time. Shouldn’t have to fix an item though

It came broken. While it is cute as a button it’s definitely VERY delicate. I personally don’t think it’s worth the money.
