Hands seems sturdy out the box, if the hand comes off just use a nylon screw BUT the main thing that I wouldn't recommend to buy this due to the tips, for the simple reason that if you have hundreds of nail tips from the other style they will not work on this practice hand see picture. Normally tips click or slide but in this case the tips go in from the top only so now I have to buy new style tips which I do not know what they are called again my fault for not knowing so if you have this type of nail tips then try it seems wheel made and rubber finger tips are very snug. ... show more

Updated 2/18: I was sent a replacement, and sent back the broken one. I’ve been very cautious because I do fear it breaking again. But so far so good. I’ve used it a total of three times in the two weeks I’ve had it. It was working well until the hand came off. And as I was trying to screw it back on a screw came out from inside of the hand. And from what I can tell I’d need to take the hand apart completely in order to fix it. Also, nail glue is not included which I find weird since it comes with artificial nails that need to be glued down.. ... show more
