I was not sure what to think when I first saw these but for the price, it was worth trying out. So on arrival, they came in wrapped plastic which was not a big deal, the shoes are lightweight and true to size. Traction is good and feel comfortable when I slip them on. Even when tied they slide on and off with ease. They feel like I’ve spent some money cause they look good. I definitely will get a few more pairs!!! Great looks, feel, and traction. They are not a name brand but are comparable in thier fit, style and wearabilty. They are a stretchable knit, breathable, fabric based athletic shoe that is also a slip on, which I enjoy. Does it give a lot of support to your ankle? No. It feels light and stretches as you walk. It encourages you to walk properly and naturally. I have flat feet so I got a half size bigger and put in cushioned insoles with arches and they now feel great as opposed to the limited cushioning that I can guess was manufactured that way to reduce weight and equal a shoe as close to being bare foot as possible. My opinion of course and I've always been a Nike guy. Just can't see spending $$$ for Nike active wear when thier quality has diminished over the past 20 years. These feel great and with insoles, feel much better on the heels as well. I'm active and always have been so they do not hurt my feet when wearing these because I've developed muscle in my feet. Some may feel different (as I've read in the comments) with these, in my opinion, because the traditional padded tounge is absent and the padding for the sole is minimal. I recommend them with quality socks and insoles and you will see what I'm saying about these. They will still be way less than Nikes which run $125-$300. Nikes are made in China as well BTW. How they packed the shoes crushed the sides and back (heel). They are not slip in type shoe - not even close. They will be returned - to bad cuz they are good looking shoes.

Waited to review until I wore them a few days. Fit is narrow. I usually wear 10.5W and the 11 I ordered is snug on width. Beyond that, the material is very "open weave" and should be cool in the summer. Cushin seems nice after 1.5 week. Traction is clean/dry only, not good on ice and snow.
