Features

  • The amazing new Dragon Formula (DF) Urethane used to create these wheels is another industry leading innovation from Powell Peralta. DF-93A Dragons will not only roll over rough terrain, but also grip and slide like 99A and 101A wheels do, so that you can do all your normal tricks and more on the greater range of skate terrains made skateable by its softer 93A hardness.
  • Speed: Dragons are very fast because DF-93A is super high rebound, an industry leading 18-20% higher than hard wheels. This higher rebound means you wont loose speed in bowls or parks the way you would with an ordinary 93A wheel, and you will roll much smoother and faster on rough streets and sidewalks...even in places you use to have to walk your board
  • Grip & Slide: Dragons slide on both rough and smooth terrains, and also grip when you need it. This is because Dragon Formula is not just an ordinary mid-90s wheel formula. It has been developed over a ten year period to optimize and fine tune it to perfection. No other wheel can do what these Dragons can.
  • Durability: Dragon Formula is not only smooth, fast and slidable, it is also durable. Its slidability comes from its unique blend of high performance materials not by making the urethane weak so it will slide as the urethane wears away, creating flats spots. Dragons are very long lasting so they are not only better skating, they are a great value too.

  • Best wheels I have skated in years.
Size: 54mm x 32mm
Back in the 80s I used to skate OJII wheels. (street razors, Bullets, etc.) and Powell wheels (T-bones, G-bones, and street styles). Later in the 90s I started skating Spitfires. I thought they all were the same, because most felt the same when skating. I saw all the reviews but thought it was just people hyping it up for wheel sales. But I can honestly say these are the best wheels I have skated in years. They both grip and slide when you need them to. Plus they work well on rougher terrain. If you can find a set, buy them. ... show more

  • Worth it
Size: 54mm x 32mm
I'm a cheap person... I also have trouble spending money on myself but these are so worth it. The ground in my area is janky AF.... And it glides over surfaces... Kinda trippy to ride a smooth park with like they are almost to slick at times but absolutely worth the money and will be buying these wheels from now on. Do yourself a favor and get decent bearings for them... You don't put regular unleaded in sports cars ... show more

  • The hype is real!
Size: 54mm x 32mm
I can’t go back to regular wheels now. They’re too good. A bit slick on wood and skatelite but worth it for street and concrete parks.

  • So good
Size: 54mm x 32mm
Great for street and park or just to cruise around in nyc. So glad I copped them.

  • They work well on rough ground
Size: 52mm x 31mm
I got the 52mm. They look great and they do everything they advertise they do. I haven’t taken them to the skatepark yet. I rode them around the neighborhood with very rough ground and they are super fun, they slide super nice and they feel very good on the joints landing my ollies just as any other softer wheel on the market. Cons: I took a picture of the chip I got on the first day out. It’s a pretty big chip. I hope they don’t end up getting to the point those chips become annoying. So far, they aren’t an issue aside from aesthetics. Time will tell. As expected from watching Ben Degros’ review and other online reviews, they do not sound like a hard wheel which is probably the only thing they don’t do well like the Spitfire 99a formula. Some reviews say they sound like Walmart wheels, I think they don’t sound cheap but they sure do throw you off. Day 2 update: After skating around for two days, the paint wore off almost completely of the wheel I have facing out. My flip tricks got a little harder, but I also switched to a bigger size board, so not sure if these wheels have anything to do with that. Also, there's some very smooth concrete in my garage that these wheels WON'T SLIDE on! Very weird, I hope they slide on the smooth cement skateparks Week of use update: I removed these from my main setup. Mainly because they didn’t slide on my local skatepark which has smooth concrete. I probably would have to keep riding them to get used to them, but I wasn’t having much fun, so what’s the point. I put them on my experimental setup which I use to cruise around the streets and on my dog-walks. They are much more fun and meant to be ridden on rough grounds. Paint is almost faded 100% from the wheels. They do well on street settings, but still not replacing my 99a spitfires when I am doing any “serious” skating. The sliding is inconsistent depending on the elements you ride on, and on the pump track I found them to be slower than I would’ve liked/expected. My 99as felt a lot faster. Also I missed the barking sound. ... show more
