This is a great beginner drone. It virtually flies itself. Many great features such as one touch takeoff and landings, return to home and follow me for starters. Altitude hold works well so you can concentrate on photography while the drone flies itself, maintains position and stays where you put it. Camera tilts and you can pan by rotating the drone. Does a good job of handling the wind and the lights are bright and night flight in the pitch dark is easy to accomplish. In my opinion this is the best buy for the money out there. Camera takes very good pictures and saves high quality video and stills on the card while saving a lesser version to your phone. I have attached three photos, one during the day with bright sunlight of the mountains, one taken at dusk of the neighborhood with the city in the background and one taken at night over an intersection of a major highway going into town. The most important factor here is the customer service given by Potensic. I had a minor issue originally that could not be helped. Customer service was constantly in contact with me, and the communication was the best anyone could hope for. They did way more than necessary to correct the problem. You can rest assured with a company like this you will be taken care of. My next drone will definitely be another Potensic drone. Overall, 5 stars for the drone, 5 stars for customer service.     • Nice little Drone
Used it 3 times, no crashes or problems, now the controller keep saying low battery and it was just charged, my return window ran out too. Have the potensic atom too and that one is no problem. just found out I had to relink the controller to the drone, so it flying now, just be careful up close as its fast and will come at you, I know from experience. ... show more

    • Good Drone for beginner
I bought the T25 after I totaled my DJI Phantom. It is a very good drone, but you need to study the instructions carefully. Make sure you check that GPS is verified before flying. After flying it about 5 times I have confidence to take it off beginner mode. It flies great and handles nice. Battery life is only drawback but they give you 3 with the drone. Fly when it's not windy because it's very light and can be pushed around easily. ... show more

I have nothing back to say about their costume service. They went above and beyond trying to solve my issues. But unfortunately it ended with me having to get a refund and still no working drone. It started about a month ago when I order the first drone. It came it and I went to charge everything. The controller would not charge it kept showing low voltage. So I returned the drone and ordered a new one. It came in same issues. Low voltage and wouldn't charge. So I contacted customer support and they jumped right on it after a few photos. They sent me another controller. Same thing issues. Then they sent me a whole new drone. Same issue. The remote wouldn't charge kept saying low voltage. At this point I asked for a refund and some return labels. Because I had 2 drones and 4 controllers and nothing was working. They immediately issued a full a refund and told me how sorry they were that I kept having this issue. Moral of the story great customer service but crappy controllers. ... show more

Got these for four sons. One exchanged to upgrade. One hasn’t flown. Two have flown and like it but are disappointed with flight time. Customer service contacted me after my review. But there is nothing I feel they need to do. Here is my reply to them : There is not really a problem with the drone. I said my son was disappointed with the flight time. But the time was close to what the description of the drone said it would be. He wishes it could fly longer. He will get spare batteries to make that possible. But he would still like a drone that can fly for 30 minutes. This one doesn't But it is still a product that works as described.. ... show more

    • Great drone but, still disappointed.
I got the T25 because it showed on site that it was in the top 5 for fishing drop. I couldn't find a payload amount on here. What weight capacity for the T35? I only needed it for fishing drop. Perfect for a beginner or a hobbyist really easy to fly.

    • The excitement quickly faded
I researched and looked and compared for 2 months before purchasing this drone. I am generally pretty knowledgeable by the time I get my boyfriend a fun new toy for the holidays. The first one came and it flew for maybe a day and then the controller went haywire and it just tried to fly off and not do what it was supposed to do. I can say that customer service was amazing and sent a replacement immediately, due to the holidays it arrived after new years ( no big deal at all). He unboxed it ready to get out there and get to flying again. He started it up and went to fly and it literally tried to take off down the way without him, he chased it down and managed to get it and immediately we turned it off and packaged it up for a refund.... I will be switching to a different brand. I had thought what I paid would be great for a beginner drone but sadly I was mistaken. ... show more

All features are great. 2 things to consider only 10 minute flights. Can’t find replacement servo for the camera. I broke the servo for the camera. Looked most places.
