Ignore the fact that I obviously didn’t use a mirror to put this on and it isn’t completely straight lol! I got this abdominal binder, my third from this company, and this is by far my favorite! I ordered a smaller size than I have been since wearing these has been helpful and I have been slimming down! I love that I can place the 3 different straps where I want. I can tighten each one differently if needed. This was made very well and is a great value for the price! It is very comfortable and has great back support. I have a short torso, and this one fits me the best of all that I have tried! The fit is true to size; follow the sizing guide provided! I highly recommend this abdominal binder for postpartum and for Diastasis Recti!

Honestly, I’ve been through like 5 different ones so far and this is the best one. The compression is perfect and actually comfortable. I just wore this to a cardio workout tonight and felt very supported and feel like it is helping with my core stability. I am 8 months postpartum and have been slowly but steadily working on my core strength, but sometimes feel I need the extra support and that’s where this band comes in.

This belt is supper easy to use and adjust. You have 3 Velcro straps that you can adjust for the perfect fit and tension due to the large amount Velcro it has to attach to. It has 2 back supports that support your lower back without having one directly on your spine which makes it more comfortable than other styles. The fabric is soft and comfortable even directly on your skin.

Had purchased the Mamody band with the two separate straps for adjusting tightness just last month, then they came out with this one which is even better. The 3 separate straps are easier to wrap and allow for adjusting the tightness for a snug fit over entire abdominal area. And it’s lighter, and not as thick without the two extra straps. Also 9” instead of 9.5” width. Color is a very light grey, very well made, really comfortably holds you in, no issues wearing it 24/7, even working out. The S/M is still a tad longer than a small person needs, but by far the best out of over a dozen brands I’ve tried for post laparotomy surgeries recovery and needed permanent support as muscle and connective tissue is gone. Highly doubt these will stretch out or tear, and the velcro tabs are unbelievable strong.

Used the first week after a C-section, worked okay for holding the scar in but this is waaaay too short for helping keep everything in. I have a short torso and I’m 5’3, so that says a lot if I say this is too short. I had to order another brand.
