    • A Bit Heavy But Worth It .

I'm a big guy . I have had chairs made for big guys but they are built like I'm under 5'6" tall . Gravity will help me get into the chair but getting out is a whole nuther problem . Not so with this chair . I sit higher from the ground , making it much easier on my knees when I get up and easier to balance while raising up . I can move the drink holder to a more practical position quickly and the satchel on the other side will be handy holding my phone or other things . If this chair has a down side it's the carry bag . It was allI could do to get the chair out initially and impossible to get it back in . No biggie for me but I want to let others know the bag is extremely tight , thin , and has low strength stitching . With the weight of the chair this may bea problem for some but I like the height and stirdiness so much I'll deal with carrying it without a carry bag . If you'rea big person who happens to be above average height this chair is a tank . It folds open and closed just as quickly and easily as regular chairs but sits higher when open . This also aids in proper posture while keeping a relaxed stance . ... show more

    • Comfortable but flimsy strap
This chair is sturdy but HEAVY, so the attached strap was a game changer. It is as comfortable as I had hoped during countless days and hours outside watching kids’ sports. However, one of the main reasons I got it was the carry strap - I hate having to hassle with the bag when it’s time to pack it up and this has a strap attached directly to the chair. However, after a few weeks one of the ends of the strap broke off. I was willing to deal with it because it was still functional, but now after less than a season, the other end of the strap broke rendering it useless. This seems like a basic design flaw since the strap attachments can’t support the weight of the chair. ... show more

Just gave this chair to my husband for Father's Day. It was a bear getting it open...it's very tight, and make sure you un-velcro the tie around the top. It's also tight to fold up, so don't give this to someone who is not fairly strong. Once opened it is large and sturdy and because the seat isn't raggy, its easy to get in and out of. And the seat is nice and wide and high. One nice feature is the vent on the back for air circulation. Good feature they should give a bullet point to. Be aware that it is much bigger and heavier than a regular rag chair, but I like that it has the carry strap attached right to the chair so you don't have to use the cover bag if you don't want to. Very nice chair for our "big guys" and comfortable for everyone. ... show more

This chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Sits a bit higher and easy to get in and out of. Has a nice strap attached to the chair so can carry it without the bag. There is the problem, the bag. My son and I must have struggled for 20 minutes trying to fold this chair tight enough so that we could get it back into the bag. Impossible. The bag simply is too small. I wrote to the seller asking for instructions on correct folding, thinking I'm missing some step. Their reply to me, "We're sorry to tell you that our folding chair doesn't have the instructions. Because the operation of this chair is very easy. Could you please take photos to us? (their language, not mine) So we can let our technicist check where's the problem. Thanks for your kind understanding." So that's what you can expect if you reach out to the seller for help. Great chair, just beware of the terrible bag situation. ... show more
