Love this Chair! Bought it for a Plein Air Painting week-long retreat. Waited too late in buying it to receive it at home, so had it shipped to the resort. Came a day early! It is a bit heavier than I expected but the *hardest* thing is to open it. I hope with use, it'll become easier. (Had to get my roommate to close/fold it up.) It's VERY comfortable! Good support for my back, love the armrests. Tha table is (as reported here) a bit "cheap"--wobbly, doesn't smoothly engage the position you want, but I love the ability to adjust its height angle as well as any position from the side to directly in front. Solid chair works like expected. I have a large butt and weight 280. Felt sturdy enough. Only issue in not skinny enough to swing the table around straight. I could only bring it to 45°. I'm sure if your one of those skinny folks you won't have any issues

Study chair. As my husband has aged he sits down hard. At a camping event his chair broke and we felt lucky that he did not get injured by being stabbed by snapped poles. This chair is rated for the weight and has a study feel as it's not flexible and bendy feeling. It snaps into shape and is a hard furnishing when done properly. The table is a nice feature also because his hands shake so it's hard to hold a paper plate. With this he can eat normally with the little table swung around in front of him. I like sitting in it to meal prep by cutting onions and such. Definitely an upgrade to the cheap bag chairs we had for way too long. ... show more

October 2024 Update: in the attached photo the little pin is always sticking out. This must be what other reviewers were speaking about. I weigh about 158 pds. So I’m sure I’m not too heavy. Use daily. Very good quality and I get a lot ofcompliments on this chair and the adjoining table. One downside is the table will move when I’m writing. One notch move. Guess I’m writing too hard? Sturdy comfortable chair. I used it for when I had to use my laptop for work when connecting to machines outside. Table is pretty cheaply made but for the price, it was well worth it and served the purpose I needed. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a similar use, side table is very easy to adjust and put back.
