The setup was a breeze. No problems at all getting up and started, I love that it is foldable, lightweight and portable. I can bring it to the office when I need to. I am going on a business trip and I will be bringing this with me. The monitors are vibrant, crisp and clear. It's actually better than my laptop's screen. I am really loving the quality. Oh, and a really nice surprise was how I can connect it to my Samsung phone. That's a gamechanger for me! I feel like this helps me to be more efficient and more productive. My Dell laptop screen, perhaps seven years old, was giving me a dark bar down the right side, and then on start-up it would take forever, long black screen, and a lot of "playing around" with the physical screen (wiggling it and such) to get the picture to finally show up each morning. This Dell laptop has a one terabyte hard drive, over half filled, and start up times were taking forever; I wasn't sure if the two were related or not, so I stopped filling the hard drive last summer. The problem didn't improve. It would take a half an hour to get the screen to finally cooperate with what I thought was a long problematic start-up as compared to a screen/hardware issue. And that perhaps the problem somehow tied into the fact that this was a touchscreen (because slightly bending it would make the screen finally work), which I never used. Also had BUBBLES on occasion; a problem you can find others have, and worse, when the bubbles show up the cursor bounces around and *executes functions randomly and quickly* such that it can mess up your browser in seconds and/or ANYTHING you're working on. And that too seemed to possibly be related to the touch screen, which again, I never used. I had enough. Bought this product on the chance that it had little to do with the actual problem, but was worth a try. ...AND IT WORKED. Fixed the whole problem. Proving that the Dell screen is broke. It was very plug-and-play; I connected the HDMI connector from that laptop to this product, and it recognized it immediately and showed me my desktop immediately. Picture is almost as good (perhaps exactly as good) BUT...the sound with this screen is bare minimum quality AND it defaults to this screen's sound (my Dell laptop's sound is much better). HOW I FIXED THAT: Settings>Sound>Output Device (Drop-down menu)>(Chose the only other option, which was my Dell laptop's audio). That brought the sound back to my Dell laptop and I am happy. It's much louder and better quality than this device. But this device has a great picture, IS a little bright as others have said, but is fine (and is adjustable). What would've surely been over $100 in repairs, I fixed via using this screen, so I'm basically happy. Computer now boots up in the normal time it always did, that I just couldn't see due to the broken Dell screen. Funny how it was actually booting up at a normal speed the whole time, I just couldn't see it, lol. P.S. For anyone else having any kind of similar problem, I no longer use "hibernate" from day to day; I shut down completely. My start up time remains far faster from full shut down than it ever did from hibernate mode. Might wanna try doing that if you're having any start up time issues and/or screen issues. Great product, decent price, solved my problem, cheers.

This is really a great setup for traveling, when you're used to working with multiple monitors. At home I work on my laptop connected to two large monitors, and it was really a big pain and a significant inconvenience when I travelled and had to make do with the one screen. This two-screen portable monitor setup allows me to work in a similar fashion to how I work at home, even though naturally the images are a lot smaller. If you have good eyesight this shouldn't be a problem. In my case, I often have to squint and/or zoom the images in, which in turn reduces the amount of stuff I can display on the screen. Still, lugging a couple of 50" monitors around is not feasible, so this is a great compromise. The monitor ensemble itself is well made. It feels solid, the displays are crisp and bright, and the colors are very good. It would be fantastic if it could be a couple of pounds lighter; it does add a noticeable heft to my laptop bag. It's equivalent, both in thickness and and weight, to adding a solid 17" laptop to my bag. As other reviewers have commented, setup is a breeze. I have a MacBook Air M1, and after updating essentially the same driver software I use for my home setup, I just plugged the MacBook to the ensemble's USB C input port, and it just worked. Altogether a really good product at a pretty reasonable price. Cost significantly less than my two home monitors. My only peeve is that the screens only open and close in the horizontal plane, like the doors in a cupboard. The screens can pivot all the way around, in a 360 degree arc, which is nice if you want to show something to someone across from you while you work on your computer. But the screens cannot move in the vertical plane. This means that in the ideal, most stable position for the ensamble, the lateral screens are pretty much pointing upward, which is a really weird view angle for working. (See attached picture). In my home setup, my external monitors point at me, not at the ceiling, so this feels very strange and uncomfortable to me. Nevertheless, the convenience of having the extral visual real estate makes this detail bearable. If the screens could also tilt vertically so that they could be placed more perpendicular to the table, I would give it a very enthusiastic five stars.

I bought this monitor to use as a "3rd" monitor. I use my laptop daily, but keep the clamshell closed. I have it hooked up to a 22" monitor that I work from as well as external mouse/keyboard/footpedal. I needed an additional monitor to use in portrait mode to extend my monitor and view some lists on PDF files on that screen while typing reports on my main screen. My laptop only has one HDMI port, two USB ports and a USB-C. So I saw this monitor and got it. It comes with several cables which is awesome. Unfortunately one of my USB-C cables was broken upon arrival. The company immediately sent out a replacement which arrived the very next day. I hooked it up to my laptop with the USB-C cable and nothing happened. I then hooked it up to my laptop with the HDMI, and the monitor worked perfectly. Beautiful color, brightness. The monitor is super lightweight, so it could easily travel in the same laptop sleeve as my laptop since that one has two internal pockets. The only problem is since I need both monitors to work and need to view both simultaneously, but only have one HDMI hookup it wouldn't work for my purposes. It would work great if I was traveling away from home using my actual laptop screen. I tried both the extend mode and mirror mode and it functioned perfectly. After a little more research I discovered my USB-C port on my computer does not have video capability, it is a data only USB-C, so I sadly had to return this very nice, economical portable monitor back to the company. Upon requesting the return I was contacted again by their customer service and they were attempting to trouble-shoot my issues, but since the problem was with my actual computer and had nothing to do with their monitor there was no workaround I could use. However, their customer service is very quick to respond, very motivated to help you, and super polite. If you have a laptop or computer that has USB-C video capability or you are looking for a great lightweight travel monitor to hook up via HDMI I highly recommend this one! I could have kept this one just for travel purposes, but I found a different one that hooks up via a regular USB for $10 less so I'll attempt to use that one both at home and for travel.

I typically use my work from home set up with 3 large external monitors in my home office, which is my preferred set up and is awesome. However, I sometimes have to travel for work, and find it hard to work from hotels with just one monitor. Also, sometimes my home internet goes out, and I have to relocate to another room where I can get better cell coverage. When that happens, I am lugging a heavy 2nd monitor around, and it's a huge pain. This portable monitor solves both of those issues. It also works seamlessly between my work computer (Surface Laptop 5) and my home computer (Mac Air). I haven't tried it yet with other devices, and not sure that I will ever need to. Still, as a Switch owner, it's cool to know it would work with that too. Note that this monitor is over 15 inches, so it's pretty big. Also, 2.1 lbs felt heavier than I was expecting it to. That being said, you get a ton of real estate and this will be great for working on larger spreadsheets while traveling. I also use multi documents every time I work, so obviously this helps with that as well. For the price, I really think this is an amazing device. I got this for $99 with a $20 coupon and overnight shipping. I don't know how they can sell it so cheap! My only thought is it must be because there is no internal battery. This is not a problem for me. In my tests, I connected it to USB-C for power from my laptop. No issues. You can easily then also plug your laptop into the wall or plug both into the wall if you need more brightness or the power is draining. I am not the type to lug this around to work in a coffee shop, so needing to plug things in if I am working is no big deal to me.

I have purchased a QQH monitor in the past to extend the screen on one of my laptops, and it was easy to set up, and delivered a great image that enhanced my productivity. So, when I learned that they had a 2 screen option for laptops, I wanted to give it a try. When I received it, it took a little more effort to set up, but an email to their tech support team got an immediate reply, and it was up and running the next day. The device connects directly into my laptop's USB drive that has a power port, and the additional screens power right up with no additional cords or wires. I had to clear some additional desk space to accommodate the additional screens but, as expected, both screens had great quality pictures. It is like having a portable desktop computer, so that I can be more productive wherever I need to work. It's a great addition to my workspaces!

Despite what some other reviews say, this device has clearly labeled ports. For those confused, your power will go in the port next to the power button (the port has a battery symbol above it). For a usb-c video connection you will use the port on the other side of the mini-hdmi. This device came with everything you might need to use it: power cable, power brick, usb-c to usb-c cable for video, and mini-hdmi to hdmi cable for video. The packaging was extremely protective. For me, it turned on immediately and I was able to use it with my iPad Pro with no issues whatsoever. The picture quality is good, not great, (the contrast is kind of washed out) so don’t get this if you want to watch high-def movies on it, but it’s perfect for web browsing and work. It’s about the same thickness as my iPad Pro with the case on, so it’s great for travel. I have had no issues with video or power flickering. I definitely recommend this if you need an easy and lightweight second screen on the go, or even just at home if your desk is small. It will work without a power source if you have it plugged in via usb-c, but keep in mind it will drain your battery significantly faster. Overall a great product for the price.

I use this monitor for work purposes, surfing, leisure, gaming, etc. I'd say for regular use it works amazingly. A single USB-C connection will power this little beast up. It does come with other adapters and can charge my phone when the power and USB-C are connected to my Android OnePlus phone. The settings are plentiful and you can adjust them to your needs. The audio is not that great as expected so I always got bluetooth or use the jack to connect external audio. The video quality is bright which I use during the day for my design gig and then I adjust it accordingly when I'm reading documents, etc. For all other work the monitor props itself up and really looks great quality. I can view my charts easily and do all freelance, research work, reading, and daytrading with ease. The only issue I've found so far is that when I'm gaming on laptop and trying to watch a movie using this monitor there is a lag stutter in image/audio (connected from laptop watching on Prime Video app on this screen). It could be the resolution or rate refresh differences and I tried connecting using power/HDMI and USB-C with same issue this monitor has video/audio lag. It might be my laptop but I don't have this issue when I output to regular monitors. This is minor as I'm not always doing this but I encountered it as I was watching Prime Video app on here. The other issue is that when using my cell phone to connect it cuts off the screen when I turn horizontally on some apps because I guess it factors in my phone's top bar section so when turned sideways (on watching movies in Prime again) the image has a blank bar section to the side. YouTube works fine and other apps for the most part as you rotate the screen, etc. Very annoying but not dealbreaker as I normally watch movies on larger screens or directly on a computer/laptop, etc. Other than that it's almost perfect for its price (got for Prime Day deal). It's lightweight and looks good. I'm glad I got this for my first portable travel monitor.
