Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like this monitor for the price it has good screen clarity. Easy installation plug it in and automatically connected. I use it for work and so far it has been good. The only issue was that the cords were not long enough so I needed to purchase longer cords. It is a nice size and easy to move around.

This thing has never ever worked. The screen is all jittery and lined- and the entire thing feels very, very cheap. I do not recommond. Pay a little more and get quality. If you do want to risk it, make sure you open the package immediately so you don't absentmindedly miss the return window. I admit that is my fault. But the product- bad, cheap, if it doesnt arrive working, it feels like it would break within no time after that- disappointed.

Can not recommend this screen. Bought it to use for a pinball dmd. Decased it and hooked it up via HDMI and it overheated and blinked and eventually shut off. I uploaded a picture here showing my solution. Some 3d printed brackets and a PC fan mounted on top of it. It stays cool enough to stay functional. It not being able to function the way it's intended by normal design is a very poor implementation. If you plan on using something that can JUST use USB C. Then maybe this is for you but I didn't plan on that. I decased it before I knew this was an issue so don't be like me. Update: I was contacted and offered a refund and told they were make a change to the unit. Don't know how tried this is but I decided to make this review a little more neutral because they reached out to make it right. Thank you.
