I’m leaving my original review at the base of this post just as a reference point for how a company with integrity handles product defects. I have to say it is rare to find a company that will step up and replace a product that is past warranty just to make sure a customer is satisfied. I cannot say enough about how good I feel about my purchase and my experience. As I explained in my original review, I loved this battery pack. It did great things, and I was really disappointed that it died when it died, but after posting my review, I received an email and offered to replace the charger. I had purchased six months prior and I am so grateful is that there are still companies in the world that value their reputation and also value the integrity of the products they put out. In a world that seems to value quick and temporary over quality and craftsmanship. I have nothing but high praise and deep thanks. I would highly recommend buying this battery. It served me well and now will continue to serve me well for months to come.. as someone who lives on very very fixed income, to find a charger that is both affordable and reliable feels like a big win… but an inexpensive and reliable charger… It is a rare rare thing to find. What can I say? Is it terrible? No, Does it charge everything? Yeah. Does it take forever to recharge? You bet. Is it heavy? Gods yes, it’s heavy. Did I love it despite its flaws? Mostly. Actually, to be fair it was way better than my last one, but it still pisses me off that I threw it on the charger. It got to 100%. I tossed it in my bag like I normally do so I would have it with me since I knew I had a long day ahead of me, but sadly when I went to plug my phone into it no life to be found. Tried everything to get it to reboot. Tried everything to get it to turn on. It’s just dead, dead dead dead six months to the day after purchasing it so I guess slightly less than six months of actually using it but within reason now I know, you might say you got six months out of it and it was only 30 bucks but if you’re poor like me and you can’t afford to replace these kind of things every six months it’s a real bummer now I’m without mobile charging capabilities and can’t afford another one. I don’t expect a lot, but it would be cool if it had lasted at least a year. So if you can afford to replace your portable batteries every six months then this is the one for you because it’s pretty reliable at the start I guess maybe I had expectations that were a little bit too high.. ... show more

This powerbank is amazing! It is on the heavy side but it lasts for a long time. We used it for a concert and I used it throughout and at the end, the battery was still at 88%. I love that it has multiple charging points and it does arrive mostly charged. The size is pretty big, but it does hold a lot of charge, which explains why it's so large. You can use Type-C, USB connections so it's compatible with different charging cords. It was definitely worth the price and we are very happy with it. ... show more

Pros: extremely long battery life. I recieved the bank and charged it fully, it took 3 tablet charges, 6 phone charges. Over 10+ vape and headphone charges before i drained it. Cons: takes a extremely long time to charge. The bank had 80% charge when I received it, took 5 hours to climb the last 20% on a fast charger. So when I got the charger bank it was at 73% so I finished charging it. I let my phone die completely then put it on my charging bank. I have an iPhone 15 plus and use the original phone cord I got with my phone on the bank and it too 20% of the battery to charge my phone to 100 percent in about an hour or so. This is a strong power bank/portable charger and it was well worth the money. In one of the pictures it said it had 15 iPhone chargings and I would say that its more or less correct. I charged a few phones about 8/9 times throughout the weekend and had the light on for about an hour and it still had 20 percent after all of that. it is slightly heavy, but nothing that would dissuade me from taking it anywhere.
