Update: I was contacted by the seller to correct the problem with my charger and they were extremely helpful and were willing to take care of the problem. In the end they refunded me the $ for the charger because they weren’t able to fix it or replace it since it was purchased through Amazon. 5stars for excellent customer service. I will continue to purchase through this company again! Used this twice. Once for IPhone and once for android. Had difficulty putting iPhone charger back away when finished using it. Had a friend who was able to get it back together. Used the android side a few days ago, and 3 different people have tried to put it back together, and it won’t work. I purchased this because a friend had it, and liked it, and she borrowed mine for her android & couldn’t put it back together after using it. Very disappointed with this. Charged well, holds a charge well, size is great, just doesn’t store well

This charger is super convenient and lightweight enough to fit it in your pocket. I have used it when I go to the city on day trips and did not feel weighed down having it. Mine stopped charging after 3 months and the seller offered me a refund 2 days later.

Pros: Power monitor, holds a good amount of charge, has multiple built-in connectors, relatively small, very helpful when traveling Con: Slow charging, if you need to charge while using, this is a little albatross that is pretty awkward to have attached. This served me pretty well while on a two-week vacation. For the next trip, I'd probably switch to a different charger because of the minor hassle of charging while using the phone (it dangles, and since it's a pretty slow charge, you will be lugging it around attached to your phone). Solid buy, but not perfect.

Product stopped working before year ended. Reached out to seller, and the following was their response "Sorry, this cannot be fixed. Your product has been in use for almost a year and has a lifespan limit." So buyer beware and make note, this product will die before year ends. Even the INIU power banks have a longer life span and better warranty.

This portable charger is a nice size -- very small -- and light, but it doesn't fast charge. Plugged it into my phone and it charged at a much slower rate compared to the other portable charger I got. That can be a problem since, if you continue to use your phone at the same time that you are charging it, the charging rate might not be able to keep up with the battery drain that your use may be doing. And the seller is falsely advertising this item as "high speed" and a "fast recharge power bank." For these reasons, I do not recommend this item.

I like that it's lightweight and the footprint is small, but it does not hold its charge. I charged my Samsung S21 ultra and it drained the battery with one charge. It also takes a really long time to charge. It's marketed as high speed. There's nothing high speed about it at all. A waste of money in my opinion.
