Manual was Chinese translation combined with gibberish from printer errors… no battery included, worked for five minutes and then stopped working ( displayed nonsense numbers…) I tested it on a new capacitor and it worked fine, later just displayed random display elements… very cheap construction. Save your money and get a Fluke117 meter instead… ... show more
