Received today, filled with water slightly below the max fill line, added 5-6 drops of essential oil and turned it on. Immediate strong diffusion of mist, quiet and smells wonderful! The constant changing array of colors is mesmerizing, relaxing and creates a beautiful ambiance! Such a functional and wonderful choice to fit in with any decor. 1/28/2024 UPDATE: Beware of this company. I began experiencing problems with unit producing little to no steam (mist) and then just spurting water. Followed all of the troubleshooting instructions in Porseme pamphlet several times over the course of a week. Finally, I emailed them at the email address provided on the pamphlet asking them to advise. They did reply and stated that this product has a 12 month warranty and that they would send a replacement as soon as I provided the order number for confirmation. I provided them with my Amazon order number for this unit. Last evening, they then emailed me again thanking me for providing the order number, BUT… then wanting me to provide them with my physical address and a video of the problem and that then they would send a replacement “as soon as we can”. I’m quite puzzled as to why they need my address, as that info should have been available with the Amazon order number from my purchase. Furthermore, their email address is in China (which I discovered when they replied) and since beginning communication with Porseme I have been receiving spam foreign email over the past several days. Several red flags that cause reason for concern and I regret this purchase, despite it being a beautiful unit and it working properly for almost 2 weeks before it stopped working properly. I have blocked their email, due to the above concerns and do not recommend doing business with them. ... show more

This is my first diffuser. It is very large. The light show is phenomenal, so much better than expected. It really does look just as shown in the pics/video. I've had it now for over a month with no issues. I bought oils from p&j and am finding that I only need half of the drops suggested to get an entire houseful of scent. The room I have this in is very large with high ceilings and it fills the whole thing within minutes. The lights are so beautiful at night, everyone loves it. I came back and bought a smaller version of this diffuser and that one came with buttons that allow you to choose 30 minutes up to a few hours of run time or just shut off when empty. This one will shut off when the vessel is empty, but it would have been so much better if it had a timer. I only like to run this for about 30 minutes as it is so strong. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It's hard finding a decent diffuser. Glad (so far) I found this one. I've had this about a month now, no problems. +scents my whole apartment +easy to operate +fairly easy to clean +holds a lot of water for a small device +runs about 12 hours when filled to max on high mist +beautiful colors +auto off when out of water -the hole at the top of the dome is not perfectly cut out so I have to be mindful of how I position the lid -I'd prefer the glass and plastic lids be more secure -advertises 500mL which holds true but the max line is at 450mL I've bought quite a few diffusers, this one is one of the best...so far. There is a low hum and a bubbling water sound that doesn't bother me at all but I imagine it may be something to consider if you're the type to need utter silence to fall sleep...you certainly won't hear it once asleep. ... show more

This humidifier is beautiful during the day and at night with the lights. Works very well and it is not loud. Barely can tell it is running unless you look at it to see the mist. Simple to use. Quick setup and instructions are clear and easy.

The product is beautiful & when it works it looks great. However, it does not diffuse well. We got a replacement & works the same. Sad to say it’s just the product that is not working well. There is a large water basin and it requires about 10-15 drops of oil, which is a lot compared to other diffusers. However, it stops diffusing when the water level is half empty, leaving quite a bit of water & oil that is not diffused. The unit does not turn off, it just stops producing steam or smell. So, if you keep the water & oil full and manually turn it off when it stops working, it looks & works great. The diffused oil fills a large area & looks beautiful. ... show more
