Card arrived as expected. But the card only worked to play the song 3 times. Then it died and wouldn’t work again. I expected more but maybe I should not have. After reading my review, a representative contacted me to resolve the matter quickly. I am very satisfied with the service and resolution!

My husband gave this card to me for Valentines Day!! I opened the envelope and took out the card. When I opened it and it lit up, played 'Unchained Melody" and read the sweet message added by my husband I was so excited!!! I have never seen a card like this!!! Unchained Melody was played at our wedding over 20 years ago!! So that brought memories. The heart that lit up was beautiful. Whomever made this card covered everything.....light, sound, nice sentiment and room for a special message to make it personal. Highly recomment. Oh, it also has a warranty!! A card with a warranty? Yup, it has one!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Couldn’t play all the songs on the card due to the limit I have on Snapchat. But you know they are absolutely beautiful!!! Very nice quality and looks really nice!
