I ordered this on Dec 19th as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She has only played with it a few times and it no longer works. I thought it was the batteries, so I changed them with new ones. Still didn't work. Tested the original batteries and they still showed as "good". My husband decided to open up the unit only to find one of the internal wires was not secured properly and ended up being pinched, creating a short. I have contacted the company. Will update on resolution.

I ordered 3 products for Christmas gifts. When I went to wrap them, I decided to try to play. The games do not work. The sensors are not sensitive enough to register that bubbles have been pressed, and therefore the player fails the first round every time. On all three consoles. Amazon will not refund, as I am passed the return window (purchased in October for Christmas). Buffalo Games customer support stated “Perhaps the demo mode has worn out-we are sorry but we are unable to issue a refund since the transaction was made through Amazon.” So now I have 3 units that are useless. Very disappointing.
