I really like this product overall. The pressure is excellent and it performs very well. My only concern is that it heats up fairly quickly, so you need to give it breaks during use. I’m not sure if that’s the reason the previous owner returned it, but it’s something to keep in mind. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed there was still water inside the unit, which made it seem like it had been previously used. Since I paid for a new product, that was disappointing and is the main reason I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5. Other than that, the machine works great and the pressure is amazing. Overall, I’m happy with its performance.
