Assembly is straight-forward, but one should assemble like this. Throw away the vinyl tape that came with this. Buy a better quality, thicker and less likely to tangle, tape to cover the threads of the inlet pipe and the plug. Roll 5 times around the threads. Get some pipe "dope" and cover the taped threads. There are so many different ways to incorporate a waterfall inside or outside your home. I got this with an idea in mind about creating an outdoor water feature. Once it arrived I started thinking about how it would make a great indoor water feature as well. Needless to say, I with with adding it to our outdoor pond. We used the piece of stainless to help create a mold so we could pour a concrete base to the height we wanted it at. Then it was just putting it all together. The attachments that come in this kit were monumental in finishing the water delivery system. I love how this is made with stainless steel because there's no worrying about it rusting. The metal is crafted excellently with absolutely no flaws. It looks amazing and I'm in love with our new added feature. Makes hanging out outdoors even more enjoyable. ... show more

This fountain provides the beautiful sound and sight of flowing water. I ordered this stainless waterfall fountain for a project in our hummingbird habitat.The product was well packaged. The directions have pictures and it comes with various water supply adapters, drains and plugs. The screw in adapters are pretty loose when threaded until they compress against the soft sealing washer. I wanted to share the look of the water stream for this review so instead of waiting for our rock housing to be completed and rigged it up with water on a workbench outside. It has a great stream as you can see in the pic and video. The website provides the L/h (liters per hour) of the pump required for each size fountain. After converting to gallons per hour this one requires a pump capable of 1188-1585 gph. Note: Regarding the 3 star rating, the adapters that come with this fountain do not fit PVC or ABS plumbing. I tossed them out and used a 1" PVC male threaded adapter for the water inlet and 1" PVC plug for the drain stopper. ... show more

Very elegant and perfectly finished spillway, this waterfall feature is very nice. The top has an open lip as well. You will need the hoses and other connections to complete your waterfall, but it isn't listed in the product page, so no harm done. Would be nice to have it included though. *wink, wink*. I’d highly recommend this to anyone trying to make a natural looking waterfall. We’ve tried so many different ways to make ours work right and in just a few minutes this nifty waterfall just changed the whole look and feel of our outdoor koi pond.
