    • Light went out after a little over 3 months. Needs to be replaced.

Easy to install but the LED light went out after only a little over 3 months. Manufacturer needs to make this right. Right now I would not recommend this product if you plan on using the lights. It was the main reason we bought it and now does not work correctly.

    • Unable to use because of power cord length

The product in accurately described. It says it’s meant for pools however the power supply cord is too short (6ft)to pass electrical inspection and I do not see any way to purchase a longer cord to make the waterfall feature compliant. This is a clear issue as the power source cannot be so close to the pool. Total waste of my time and money and there is no way to contact the company to get a longer cord ordered. Now I have to uninstall it and break my already installed coping tile to install a waterfall which actually works as intended, im very disappointed. Change your description as this is meant for ponds, not pools ... show more

    • Remote doesn't work after a week. NO technical support

The remote doesn't work after a week. They sent a completely different LED strip, which not compatible with the one we have. The remote we have can work on the new LED strips, that means the remote itself doesn't have any problem. But since we already install the fountain, we cannot replace LED strip, I asked for a compatible RF/Wireless cable for better communication. But what they responded was to ask me replacing the whole LED strip. This makes no sense. How can we replace the whole LED strip after the fountain has been completed. Really BAD customer service and bad quality product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We put in a new patio with a water feature wall, and they work great. They were easy to install, and the LED light bar snapped right in.
