  • Botched delivery, great item and seller
It is worth the money, but sadly I hadn't received it due to a delivery error (the driver put it to the wrong apartment and never got it back). But I got my money back, the item is great!

  • A review for the items sold by J&M Collectibles. Collectors look here:
SELLER: J&M Collectibles PURCHASE DATE: 3/30/24 RECEIVED: On-time CONDITION: Perfect (?) I never leave reviews, but I feel like this one is important for prospective buyers with the same concerns as me. I was terrified to purchase these on Amazon as I've seen videos of people getting dupes (entire booster boxes full of fake packs... Yikes!) But of course, when it comes to shiny collectible things, impulse is blinding. I've inspected my two Scarlet & Violet 151 Elite Trainer Boxes to the best of my ability while leaving the wrap intact. Comparing them to ones I've purchased from Best Buy (which isn't immune to scamming, but less likely), everything about the packaging and seal looks correct, down to the patterned position of tiny silhouettes on the box, and the holographic effect on the "151" and logos on the sides. I probably won't ever be 100% confident until opened, but by then we could have an AI president and we'll be using the cardboard as kindling to survive. While this review can't be a guarantee of quality, I hope it brings you a bit of peace in pressing that "Buy Now" button from J&M Collectibles. ... show more

  • Great pulls from this box.
What I like about this item is it came factory sealed and was not resealed. I was worried about getting something resealed when I ordered this online but it came legit. I pulled some nice cards from this box. One of them was the Charizard card that everyone has been looking for.

  • Buyer BEWARE!!
Ordered/received 4 boxes. Same day delivery. This isnt relevant, but when I opened the bag it smelled like Marijuana, so the whole situation smelt funny from the start. All appeared to be legitimate and unmolested, that is, until I opened the boxes and examined the packs. For the 1st 2 boxes, packs had clear signs of tampering and resealing. The 2nd 2 boxes I opened had no signs of being opened and resealed. To the untrained eye its difficult to tell, but the seals were recrimped. I could see a thin, secondary crimp line running along the one created by the factory. There was glue residue on the crimps and on the pack faces themselves (likely a small mistake by the resealer), and there were strange dots/imprints on the back of the packaging near the company info on the ride side (not found on packs purchased in other trainer boxes from target or best buy). Light could be seen shining though the crimps of every pack where it was recrimped (see photos). This is NOT normal! I tested this against dozens of packs I had purchased directly from retailers. The packs were unusually difficult to open and generally tore in unconventional paths. Never did they open smooth, as they should. Upon opening the packs, there were a few where the energy card was immediately on the back (this doesn't follow the order from pokemon!) Normally, the energy is 2nd from the back. This is a BIG red flag. All things considered, these are VERY well done RESEALED authenic items. It is SCARY how well they did it. The cards were real, however, there was nothing noteworthy as far as pulls (not surprised). I am convinced that if this is your first experience with modern Pokémon, you would be none the wiser. This is a SCAM, carefully designed to appear as close to legitimate at possible. ... show more

  • BEWARE - Product was opened and there were NO pokemon cards inside - Sold and Shipped by Amazon
Update: I applied for an exchange and the box I received today was sealed. Opened it and things look proper (not resealed). If buying for yourself, I think the risk is okay since you can open it immediately to see if anything is off, but as a gift, I recommend buying it locally. Updated to 4 stars. --------------------------------------------- Box was completely unsealed. I feared for the worse and expected some repackaged pokemon cards - Nope - the packs are literally missing. This was purchased directly from Amazon - both sold by and shipped by Amazon, so not some random third party. Either the packer stole the cards, or someone somehow managed to return it and it was shipped back out. The booklet was literally loose, so I have no idea how that would even happen. I've applied for an exchange. Hopefully the next one will not be opened. ... show more
