So comfortable! I got these for my laparoscopic surgery and they worked wonderfully. I'm 5'9" about 220lb and the 3XL was perfect. Folks were saying online that you could be quite swollen after and I was some but not excessively. The band was helpful to keep things from rubbing on the sites although I'd wait to wear things with a tighter waist like pants. FYI you are going to need not only loose clothes for the first bit but also a button top. No one mentioned the top but you won't want to try pulling something over your head. Sometimes because of the gas/air that gets trapped it can be painful and extremely painful to move in some ways. I think the risk is higher when they use the machine. It's better really fast in about 48 hours but it's a little rough for a while. I was just sore with some shoulder and neck pain until I'd lean forward in a squat or try to lay flat. It was extremely painful but getting out of that position fixes it pretty fast. It can be quite surprising though. Remember to get up and walk when they tell you to do so as that will help you get through that stage faster.

Bought these for my elderly Mother. This is the second order of these for her. She absolutely loves them. She likes the higher waist and the little bit of tummy control they give her. She said they are very comfortable and seen to be made with high quality. She threw all her old underwear away after receiving these. Definitely give them a try if you’re looking for the higher waisted style.

I recently purchased this underwear but returned it as it seems to run very small. It's soft, seems very sturdy, but it was way too small. I can wear pants size 4-6 so ordered size 5 according to the size chart but I could hardly squash myself into these. I think ordering a size larger than you would normally wear might be a wise move. To compare, I bought a package of Fruit of the Loom ladies cotton underwear size 6 that fits fine.

This is my second order of this item. They run true to size and they are very sturdy. At my age they hold a Poise pad in place with lots of width. So they work great! And they look good too. I highly recommend them.

Super comfortable because they are 95% cotton. The 5% lycra keeps them from stretching out. The colors are great. I've bought them four times and love them. They don't roll at the waistband like others do. Get 'em!

📌I had these underwear in my wish list for almost 5 months I don’t know why I just didn’t purchase them from the start. I literally tried all sorts of different brands and even different sizes of the same underwear just to find the fit I was searching for. So it seems I have found them, tucked away in my wish list for months, I guess it’s because of the cost? But honestly it’s about 3-4$ more than some brands on Amazon but definitely worth it. Other brands that were around 22$ or so just didn’t fit me in the legs and the stomach it was either or. This brand fits great. I did actually purchase a size XL at first but those were too large, so I sized down to the LARGE and I am so happy with the fit. My sister was so impressed with how these POKARLA undies looked when I pulled them out of the packaging, she ordered herself some. New packaging and arrived one day early as well! Ok here’s my stats just so you know because let me tell you how many reviews I had to read and it seemed like no other shoppers except a handful actually listed what size they wear and what size to order. I just want to help someone out there who needs it. So I am 5’4” and I weigh around 205, I carry all my weight in my stomach area and I’m more of a athletic body type, yeah I could stand to loose a few but shoot it’s called life happens and i am a work in progress. Hence; the high waist underwear works for me, I really didn’t know these existed like this, I used to love hipsters but all the ones I used to purchase from the box stores all were cheap and never held up plus they really cost a lot more than they used to, I was over those brands and even moved to discount bins at higher end department stores, ugh no luck. So this brand is great. Well made I did see some stitching I am sort of worried about so into the wash they went and I will update my review in a few weeks to see if these hold up like I hope they would! Love the colors and that the waist band is different colored than the rest of the underwear and also the stitching that stands out in the front part, really cute! They are definitely comfortable I will say that and no roll down issues either yes there is a panty line, but I can work with that. I will be updating in a few weeks like I said.
