Very soft and light material, but not flimsy or cheap. I am 5'5" about 185. I normal order an XL in shirts, but I sized down to a large and could easily have ordered a medium and still had space. I like the flowy look, so I'm happy with the large. Will probably order more colors since it's a great style for work or out and about.
