I revisited this brand store and bought the new kit. The mixer impress me when I open it, good design with lighting changes! so cool! I can clearly hear my voice input from the microphone, very clear and no noise. When I press the button of the mixer, I can have different sound effects and adjust the size of the sound, which is very interesting. And I found that the light on the mixer can be turned off by the big button on the right. Lighting is flashing when I speak, also show go up and down when the knob or push rod goes up and down, there are separate switches to control the volume of the mic, headphone and background music. To my surprise! it supports a 48V microphone, which sounds really good when you turn it on! Can use with more microphones when needed. Built-in battery with USBC charging port, support my phone connection and laptop connection both when I need live stream at more than 3 channels. Then for the XLR microphone, metal body and frosted, with many accessories like metal shock mount, really easy-to-use boom stand, desktop tripod with holder, pop Filter, windscreen and cable everything include in the box. These accessories are sturdy, with no worries of instability. The most I satisfied is that I can seperately use it on desktop or clamp on the edge of the table only to take out the microphone from the mount. I requested this to set it up at the vacation home I frequently share with my brother as a surprise. He is one of those streamers and I thought having this set up at the vacation home would be a great gift for him. Well, so far he only tested this one out for once, but I will share what he said. First, the microphone is quite good and the sound is clear especially considering the price (as in compared to much more expensive equipment he uses at home). To me, this one also looks quite nice, although professionals might not consider how it looks as an important factor. One thing though, I am really a clumsy person and never really good at assembling or setting up anything. So I actually didn’t set this up myself but my father did it for me haha. I think it did take about half an hour or so with a not so user-friendly user manual (in my opinion), but I am sure if my brother was quite familiar with these types of equipment, it could have taken a lot less time and effort. Overall, my brother said he wouldn’t use this as his everyday streaming and recording equipment, but perfectly fine to use as an option to have while on vacation Based on his opinion, I think this might be a great choice for people who doesn’t want to spend too much on the equipment in early stage of their streaming career. ... show more

I know this is designed for podcasts, but my fantasy was to use it for zoom trainings I teach, and have the sound effects to make my trainings more exciting. The mic is nice and all the equipment seems decent, but I’m not able to hear the sound effects I’m making when I’m giving a zoom presentation. The audience can hear it, but I can’t, which makes it difficult to use in my trainings. ... show more

I ordered the CENSREAL Podcast Equipment Bundle for a young adult business workshop whose members wanted to learn how to produce their own podcasts. I’ll admit this particular interest was not my forte and assembly of the equipment looked a bit daunting for this baby boomer, but the young participants in the workshop had no problem opening the box and assembling all the components, without referring to the not-so-font-friendly user’s manual, within a period of 20-minutes. Once the CENSREAL’s Podcast equipment was operational, the students worked on adjusting volume and such and began recording on both their smartphones and laptops. The members of the group experimented with the voice options and sound effects and enjoyed having that ability to alter backgrounds noises and voices. The media could not be loaded. I absolutely loved this sound system. It works amazingly and is so high quality. This is my second time using products from this brand and I am beyond delighted. After using it for several weeks I am very happy to say that it has successfully helped me with many of my projects. The audio from this system is so crisp and clear. It’s built with great quality and looks amazing. This podcast bundle seems pretty impressive. I've always wanted to start doing podcasts and this bundle gives me no excuse to procrastinate since I don't have to source everything separately. Comes with a very nice microphone with a solid, heavy stand. And a controller that connects to computer with USB. This allows to control sound levels, add some effects (like applause) and controls who is recorded. A nice little sound board. If you're just starting and want a solid audio experience that just works and doesn't have a huge learning curve...This thing is great. This is absolutely podcast making gold. Also great for livestreams. Any way, it looks like a very decent, useful collection of equipment and I look forward to using it more. ... show more
