    • This is thinner paper than what we are used to for receipts.
We used this product for receipt machines, it is thinner than we are used to but otherwise the quality is good. We will make it work for our needs but we will not be repurchasing.

Kind of surprised. When I received the rolls the box that Amazon packed it was broken open on one side probably due to the weight and amount of slack in the box. The contents were fine though. I noticed that the rolls looked small. So, I put it side by side next to one from Staples that I bought in an emergency. The second picture shows them side by side with the smaller one from Amazon and the bigger one from Staples. The core is slightly larger than the Amazon one by less than a 1/4" and since it is on the inside is not a significant factor in the size issue. I took one roll and measured 25 ft 7x and the 8th time was 13.5 ft for a total of 183.5 ft. This is misrepresentation at best and fraud at worst. Before I posted I asked support which is handled by Amazon directly and got this message: We're currently experiencing longer than normal wait times. We're sorry about this.
