I bought this on a whim because I had the urge to get a velvet emerald jewelry box and I was tired of not having anywhere to put my rings. I am very surprised. I love the color and how vibrant and deep it is. I think it works well for my jewelry. I don't have a ton, so the size is perfect. Only downside for me is that when you open the lid, it's slightly crooked and once you pull down the mirror for the necklace area, the lid has trouble staying up. Really amazing value - it looks pretty luxe but I can't believe the price I bought it for - especially considering how expensive jewelry boxes can be. I use this one for travel and it's perfect (I have a larger one for all my jewelry as well. Great product! I always read reviews but rarely post them. This is the first review I’ve ever done with photos but I always app try the people that leave the photos and videos! I have so much jewelry and almost never wear it - especially when traveling because it’s such a hassle untangling everything and most of the time I’d rather spend the time drinking than untangling something for my outfit! I love the convenience, of having a mini-jewelry box, when traveling. The problem I had was, I did not enjoy that the dividers, did not stay put, and moved out of place often. Also, I noticed when getting home from my trip, that the velvet material started peeling off. The zipper worked nicely and the outside of the box was sturdy, did not bend.
