If you live in an area with weather, especially snow and sun, you should consider this cover to prolong the life of your kiddos playhouse! We live in Colorado, so we get all the weather and it can change on a dime. But being a mile higher than most other areas, means the sun beats down on all your outdoor play equipment. Things that are plastic, like our Pink and Purple Little Tykes House, lose color and start cracking very quickly. Ive done my best to take care of it through the year and half we’ve had it, but it’s starting to show signs of fading. I’m glad that this cover exists and wish I had found it sooner! I think as far as the actual cover, it should work well to prevent fading. It feels a little thin, so I’m not sure how long it will handle all of our crazy weather, but I’m hoping it holds up. The zipper feels solid enough to hold up to the elements, but only time will tell. The material feels like a thin backpack, like the ones that have strings for straps that tighten up at the top to close it. With its construction, my concern is claws, specifically chicken and cat varieties. We have 8 chickens (6 Hens 2 Roosters) and they are out free ranging in our yard daily. They love to jump on the playhouse and I hope it will hold up to their claws. Same with our indoor/outdoor cat. It is easy to use and cover, with it being lightweight you should be able to do it on your own without any help. It has bright reflective handles that can assist in moving the house to different areas of your backyard. I think it will help us prolong the life of the playhouse and definitely prevent cats and chickens from getting in. I do have some concerns about its longevity but we will give it a shot.

Although this cover was made specifically for a childs playhouse, it can really be used as a multipurpose item for a variety of things. I use it to cover our chicken coop when it rains and it has really helped to keep it dry. The material is strong and sturdy and it does a great job of protecting whatever it encloses from the elements. I really like the attached handles which makes it easier to move and adjust the cover. Tarps can be a pain to put up but this cover is so easy. I can see this cover lasting at least several seasons if not more. Good cover offered at a good price point.

This cover is amazing. High quality and of course when I got it out wooden playhouse that needed to be covered was more in need to repair than I realized. So I repurposed the cover. And it worked perfect. The size is great. The protection from the sun and wind and rain is beyond strong. So recommended. I used this to cover my outdoor fireplace. It has glass and rocks and is propane. It’s been perfect for months now. For the playhouse if I covered it sooner it would have lasted forever! Amazing cover. Zipper and a reflective stripe. All bases covered and this is one of the best durable covers I have come across in over 30 years. Literally!!!

This weather cover is big enough to easily fit our 50 inch tall plastic outdoor playhouse. It is designed with a triangular roof cut, so it is specifically suited for those shape play houses. It also means you have to find this line in the fabric to install it correctly. Overall, installation is a breeze and completed within a minute or two. It also comes with a zipper on one of the corners, which can help in case of tighter fits. This was not needed in our case. The material looks durable and weather proof, comparable to other grill type covers we own. Looks like it will provide good winter weather and UV protection so we don't have to bring it indoors.

I knew this cover would be big for the kids house we have, but a big cover is better than no cover since the kids won't play with it if they see even 1 spider! Good thick material, shiny inside, buckels that can be tightened on the corners, bright handles (really like this so they are easy to find) and a zipper that runs the length for easy on and off. Seems like good quality and will protect the house from the elements!
