This toy is honestly so cute! My son is obsessed with Play-Doh so we got this for him for Christmas. Assembly took a little over an hour but it honestly was not that bad once you get going. On the side of the truck there is a little "trunk" which is for storage and I love that feature. The large ice cream cone part on top that makes the swirl ice cream makes cute sounds and music. He has been making us ice cream all morning! It comes with so many accessories and Play-Dohs. The Play-Doh will mix colors when you use the swirl but Play-Doh costs like $0.50 and that's never bothered me. Highly recommend for your Play-Doh loving kids! If there is one downside it's that he has a hard time pushing down the handle to make the swirl and I have to help him with that but the more he uses it the easier it will get so I don't think that's a problem. That is the only reason it's getting 4 out of 5 stars for ease of use. 5/5 stars overall! Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

I had already read reviews about the difficulty in assembly, so I'm glad I decided to put it together a couple of days before Christmas instead on Christmas Eve. It took me upwards of 3 hours to out together. Many of the pieces aren't labeled with letters and the pictures can make it tricky to figure out. I'm still giving this 5 stars because it's so cool once it's put together. There is so much you can do with this toy and there was a great variety of pieces and colors of play doh. ... show more

This is one of the premier play-doh sets if you have a child that’s into imagination and play-doh. Comes with tons of little ice cream shop accessories such as scoops and cones and bowls and ice cream molds. Includes 10 small tubs of play-doh and 2 large sized tubs. The main “soft serve” machine on top can be loaded with 2 different colors and comes out looking like real soft serve ice cream. Not overly large but every inch is covered in something for children to play with. Assembly time was about 45 minutes, lots of tiny small parts that I would suggest building when your child isn’t in the room. Only real con is some of the pieces definitely aren’t the highest grade building material and slightly rough play will have some things popping off. ... show more

Sturdy although the plastic pieces will develop weak lighter colored spots if you try to dissemble after parts are snapped together. Excellent amount of features for fun. The vibrant colors and options really make for a delightfully delicious time. Pink and purple with blue, leans more feminine. Purchased in like new open box condition, Amazon verified, and it’s missing so many parts — 45 to be exact! Just want to shout out to the prior purchaser who stole all the items and returned it. Apparently it’s supposed to come with cones, cups, sprinkle maker, and 12 cans of playdough. Can’t comment on what wasn’t in the box for our purchase. ... show more

So I've never strayed from playdoh but for the price this is a waste. The icecream maker handle feels like it will break any second. I just push the entire lever down instead of just by the handle. It takes force! Kids will need help. ALSO, this is played on the floor!!!! So no table clean up this now gets playdoh in your grout, between floor boards AND smushed all over the kids pants as they smush it into the floor. I just moved it to the garage and if it ends up near the trash it won't be soon enough! ... show more

I ordered this for my daughter's 5th birthday and she absolutely loves it. It was a bit of a pain to put together but once assembled it is sturdy and nicely made.
