These boots are so freaking cute! I love them. I'm not usually one for super shiny shoes, but I took a chance this time because I liked everything else about them so much, and I'm glad that I did- they're perfect! These boots are very form-fitting. Where they come up to on your thigh is going to depend on your legs, but on me they come to my upper thigh. My oldest daughter wears them as well and for her they come up to her mid thigh. You might find that you want to wear tights with them- they'll definitely make it a bit easier to get them on and off, and to move in them. I also found that for me, they made the transition into the boot a little smoother- without tights, the upper edge of the boot created a bit of a muffin top on my leg! By using tights I was able to smooth this out. The type of tights doesn't seem to matter- my daughter wears fishnets with them and gets the same effect. These boots are nice and balanced, easy to walk in as far as a platform boot goes. The chunky heel makes them far easier to manage in :) The shiny material isn't something I'd typically go for, but as I mentioned earlier I just loved these so much I had to give them a chance. They look incredible- they're not for every outfit you'd normally wear something like these with if they were made of a less shiny material, obviously, but they really punctuate the looks that they're made for! The material almost has a latex look in some ways. I've found these boots to be super comfortable as far as boots like these go- roomy in the toe, easy to balance and walk in, and comfortable to wear overall. These are decent quality boots for the price. On a scale of 1-10 with the almost identical style from Pleaser being an 8, these are a solid 7, and the difference in price between the two aligns with that quality difference; you can save a bit of money going with these without compromising too much. They do run small, I typically wear a US 7.5 and the 8 in these works with no room to spare, so I recommend going up half a size from your usual. The biggest fit issue for me is how narrow the shaft of these is. Unless you have very slim legs, you're probably not getting these up to thigh high with the extra room shown in the product photos. For reference, I'm 5'3" and the place on my leg where these boots hit in my photos, about 4" above my kneecap, measures 18" around. You can see it's cutting in a bit, it doesn't look too bad but that's about as high as it wants to go. At least right away. This fabric feels like the kind that might start to relax after you wear it for an hour or so, between warming up and stretching out. If so, I might be able to get these all the way to thigh high. But for now, I'm going to count on them fitting the way they fit right out of the box.

These really are gorgeous. Got them for my girl. She has wide feet and thick ankles and calves, so when buying boots, always we always get two sizes larger. otherwise, she can't get the boots all the way on. Fortunately, these boots are true to size, so the plan worked perfectly. And, boy does she look good in them. She always looks like a million bucks- but with these, she looks like two million bucks! These are outrageous! She says they are very comfortable and easy to walk in. She also says that they are very high quality. She knows quality. These are over the knee boots, and they make her look so sexy! I really can't get over it. I have never seen her look so good. Last is the price point. Excellent! These gorgeous, sexy, patent leather over the knee boots maker her so happy and look so sexy., That makes me happy, too. Throw in comfort and quality- and you have five star boots. I recommend them highly

This is costume quality. What you would find at a costume store. true to size, but I have thinner legs so with how high these boots are up my thigh, they fit too loose instead of fitted to leg. Color is super cute and they are comfy.

Usually I wear 8.5 to 9, so I always order up, to 9 online. The 9 I ordered was much too small, but the seller kindly sent a 9.5, and they fit. They also said they were revising the listing to note to order a size up. They are a little loose in the legs, although I have skinny legs. I may fold over the top. The zipper is just above the ankles, about 6 inches long. I'd have preferred a zipper to the top for a tighter fit, myself. But these are still great-looking boots. Too hot for summer, but I'm looking forward to wearing them out in the fall. The vinyl is pretty thin, and from my experience with this material, the lifespan of this vinyl is usually a just a few years or so, even in the closet. It's the type that will eventually crack and flake off, so don't save them up too long waiting for "special occasions", wear them while you can! The "platform' on the sole is about a half inch. The heel is a good chunky heel. The vinyl is lined with a soft comfortable fabric. As long as you order at least a half to one size above your average, you should find these comfortable.

I suspected this might be an issue but decided to try anyway. These boots are not going to work if you're anything over a size large. I wear a 1X but couldn't get them pulled all the way up. Taking them off was a NIGHTMARE which I can only imagine would be compounded if you were sweaty and overheated. I really think someone who has issues with tight spaces would not do well with these, even if they did fit properly.

These boots look so amazing! They're stretchy and comfortable with an easy to walk in heel! They look so nice on, but do tend crease a lot while worn. They don't slip much though which is nice. Great shoes!
