Firstly, I love how thick the plastic is on these and feel like they will hold up longer than cardboard or DMC plastic bobbins. I also appreciate them being just a few millimeters shorter than other bobbins because these fit better into storage cases without having to turn sideways. However, I do feel as if there could be better quality control to remove excess plastic from the edges - particularly the bottom of bobbin where there are slits to tuck the thread end into and where it really needs to be smooth to avoid fraying the threads. A few of them, the extra plastic was actually quite sharp (I did manage to cut my knuckle winding one of the less mis-formed bobbins) and sometimes was thick and hard to cut when I was trimming with scissors. Probably 20-30 from each of the two packs I bought had to be trimmed down to use them which is a bit annoying ... show more

Pink color is super cute and they are comparable in quality to ones I'd buy at a craft store. Definitely will stock up on these. The only thing that would make me love them more is if they came in cute shapes too.

Let’s be honest. I bought these solely because they’re pink. They’re a good weight/durability, but the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the slot for thread is just way too big to actually hold the thread in place. I will probably try to use an exacto knife to make a thinner slot so my thread stops trying to unravel. That said.. I bought 1 pack, used them all up, and even ordered a second just because they’re 1) cheap 2) pink 3) it’s easy to order from Amazon lol ... show more
