For the asking price, this item is a gem! Unless you need water proofing or plan to drive an automobile over it, I honestly can't see why anyone would need anything more. Basic case with plenty of room for a medium size compound bow. My bow is a "Creative" compound bow. Plenty of room. Has storage for extra arrows (in addition to quiver) and two internal structural supports that should be able to hold up to at least 200 lbs. on the middle of the case when closed. For the $30 price this isn't a bad case. Fits my EKO with a 33 ATA. The latches have a nice positive snap. The only thing is when I pick up the case and I'm carrying it, it seems to have a bit of flex. Another words. It just doesn't seem like a solid case. But it's also only $30 so. That's definitely acceptable. it's not like it's going traveling on a plane with me. So it'll definitely work for my needs. ... show more

For the price its a good buy, is it sturdy enough to stand on? No, will it protect against a drop, yes! Will it take multiple drops, nah. Its a good budget case. Eventually if I get a nicer bow with more practice I would need to upgrade, but this fits the bill, with a good brand, for a good price. You can't beat the value for a hard case, at least from what I found. Hope this helps! ... show more

I have owned many Plano products and have always felt they were excellent quality for a practical price. I purchased this case to keep my bow safe during a recent move. Given some other reviews, I was surprised at the quality of this bow case. It is by no means flimsy. It has basic straps to keep the bow in place and a holder for arrows on the lid. It all fits together really well. I feel I could drop my bow down a flight of stairs or out of a tree and it be just fine in this case. Some of the marketing shows it being run over by a pickup. I highly doubt that it would survive that. A compact car? I think so. ... show more

Was on sale pretty cheap and because of that this was a phenomenal buy. Very well made and will protect my bow equally well. If you can get it at this price highly recommend.

It arrived on time, in a cardboard box, in pristine condition. Upon opening the box, the Plano case was wrapped in plastic, had a company placard attached to the outside of the case. I opened the case to find a bag with the directions on how to install the foam, Velcro and arrow holders. Upon close inspection, the case appears to be cheap to the feel, the plastic seems a little thin in certain areas; at 250lbs (113.4Kg) I was able to stand on the case where the two main supports are and nothing happened; but, I would not stand on the thinner areas of the case for fear of cracking it. I own a Quest Forge compound bow that is approximately 36"x14"x 4.5" (91.44cm x 35.56cm x 11.43cm) that along with six bows, a quiver, a release, and a stabilizer fit very well with room to spare. The directions on how to install the Velcro, foam and arrow mounts have dark pictures that are hard to see, have to read the directions or go on-line and find some. But it is pretty simple to do even without the directions but there is a small "T" handled tool that is included to be used to compress the steel clips for the arrow mounts, it makes installation easier. Other then that, I am very pleased with this case, including the price which is better than any other stores or websites that I have gone to. ... show more
