Description

Offering an innovative low profile, lightweight design, the LimbSaver Silent Quiver features an ultra-quiet NAVCOM hood, double rubber grippers that hold almost any arrow shaft size, and a quick detach system. An essential piece of equipment for bow hunters who want to remain undetected in the wild, the Silent Quiver's double grippers are constructed of LimbSaver's proprietary NAVCOM technology (Noise and Vibration Control Material), which dampens vibration as well as unwanted noise. The grippers have a universal design that fits both fixed and expandable broad heads, as well as a wide spectrum of shaft sizes. The Silent quiver also features a quick disconnect system operated by an easy-to-access thumb release, positionable shaft gripper, and machined-in holes for looping cords through to hang. This is as good a quiver you can buy for less than $80. The arrows are held securely, and they come out with very little noise. If you are careful when you pull them out they won't make any noise at all, but if you're in a hurry and jerk an arrow out, it's still quiet enough that it won't scare anything away. (Just don't jerk the trigger!) There is never any question of an arrow falling out of the quiver either. I used this quiver on a 9 day hunt in which I covered several miles on foot every day, no arrows ever got close to coming loose, until I wanted one, then it popped out with ease. The quiver bracket attaches to your bow at the sight with two allen screws. A springy thing holds the quiver body (one piece) to the bracket. You can remove the quiver without taking out the arrows. It is a little bit tricky (as in it takes two hands) to remove the quiver from the bracket, but I don't know why you would want to remove it in the field so who cares. I shot my bow without a quiver for months before purchasing this quiver. When I attached the quiver, my bow still shot in the same place as it did before out to 60 yards. In other words, I didn't need to move any pins. I did not measure arrow speed before and after the quiver, but my arrows did not hit any lower at 60 yards with the quiver than without so any speed loss was negligible. There was also no noticeable movement left or right. I am confident that if I had to drop the quiver on a hunt for some unforeseeable reason, my arrow would perform exactly the same as before. After I had had mine for a few months and a couple hunts, I purchased the same quiver for a friend who has a completely different setup than me. He loves the quiver too. I enjoy the use of several Limb-Saver products. They are strong and and well built. This product was the same however it was bulkier and heavier than I wanted for my use. Return was not an issue with Prime. I will buy other Limb-Saver products. If they would make a smaller and lighter archery quiver I would likely buy it as well. Over all great Bow quiver which hold my beman ICS hunter arrow so well, at times, i have to pry them out. one thing I was really upset as another reviewer mentions was that this didnt fit well on my bow due to the fact that it restricted my ability to move my yardage dial on Range Rover Truglow sight. It was so close to the dial that I have to now some how maneuver my fingers in such a way as to barely get a pinch on the dial to change the yardage. Now its not a big issue if was only doing tree stand hunting because I always take off my quiver, but i do spot and stock so this was a real upset. I recommend if you have a bow sight that has dial placement such as mine to choose another quiver, especially if you like stock and hunt. if not then not a big issue in the tree stand. Also I do plan on getting a Hogg father sight or HHA which all have yardage dials front of the bow Rises which would not pose an issue with this quiver use however I gave it 3 stars because you weren't given anything with the package such spacer to remedy such a problem. ... show more

Alright so I got this for my Matthews heli m. The bow is small and very lightweight. From the top of the quiver to the nock of my arrows is longer than my bow. Annoying but doable. Holds the arrows very secure. Awesome. It's heavy. My bow was super light weight. Now it's heavier. Doable. The one thing that completely took me by surprise. I just tried it out and I am very happy. Extremely quiet and solid quiver. My Ramcat broadheads are a little too wide...the hood could be a little wider, that is my only complaint. Most fixed blade broadheads will fit no problem and any expandable will too. I am very happy with this quiver it is height adjustable also so your arrows can stay off the ground when pulling up your bow into your treestand. I am very happy with my purchase. ... show more
