I have tried so many other bottle brands (Evenflo, Dr. Brown, Spectra) and was disappointed with all of them for similar and different reasons. My 5 week old baby developed a shallow latch because of those other brands and the way the nipples are designed with a steep slope. I had to stop breastfeeding because of her shallow latch and other issues/frustrations, but wanted to still try to find a bottle that enabled her to latch and feed appropriately despite being now exclusively formula fed. I saw that Pigeon bottles were recommended for this reason, I made the switch, and I’m so happy I did! She latches to the bottle appropriately and does really well with each feeding. She’s not sucking in additional air because of the better sloped nipple design and the vented nipple helps prevent colic without needing additional bottle parts (unlike Dr. Brown’s bottles). I also haven’t experienced any leaking (Dr. Brown’s were the worst for this). I’m so happy I made the switch. I would definitely recommend this brand! ... show more

My daughter has a tongue tie and was having issues with every brand of bottle there is. She was using the Dr. Brown bottles with premie nipple due to the flow and gas. She was taking a long time to finish her bottles due to the flow of the nipple but I couldn’t go up to level 1 due to the flow being too fast for her. Seen a lactation consultant and she recommended this brand. The flow of the nipple is amazing. It’s slow but she gets more when she eats and feeding times have cut in half. Yes she has a tongue tie and that is kind of the root of the problem but this bottle has been a game changer for her feedings.     • Wish I would’ve bought these sooner!

I wish I would’ve bought these a long time ago. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars when it comes to finding the right bottle for my breastfed/picky baby. Originally I started out with tommee tippee. I’ve always loved those bottles and never had issues with my other 3 children. My newest baby is partially tongue tied, so the milk would just leak out of the sides of her mouth. I switched to Boon bottles and those did the same thing. I then switch to Dr. Browns and those worked the best—but I dreaded every time I had to wash bottles. Too many pieces, too much time, and just annoying. I contemplated buying the Pigeon bottles because I have never heard of them and I didn’t want to waste another dollar on a bottle I was so unsure of. Y’all, these bottles are amazing. The nipples are nothing like other brands that claim to be “breast like.” These ones are true to a woman’s breast. Soft, squishy, flexible, and easy to latch. Also very easy to clean. when my son was born, we had an extremely difficult time in finding out the right bottle for him to use. 5 days in we had to take him to the hospital for severe dehydration because I wasn’t producing enough milk, so we had to supplement formula to ensure the baby was taking all the nutrients he needed. the problem was that the baby latched onto the breast beautifully, but he had a really hard time latching to any bottles we tried. we tried so many different brands of bottles: avent, dr browns, medela, etc. you name it, we tried it. there was always a problem with the flow of the bottle, even resorting to poking a hole in the nipple to make it flow a little faster because my son would take 1 hour to finish the bottle and even with that, he would fall asleep in the middle of the feeds. it wasn’t until my friend recommended this bottle brand that the baby started taking the bottle! within 15 minutes the baby had finished his very first bottle and it’s like all our prayers were answered. we have now ordered from this brand of bottles 4x already because they are just that amazing. i’m extremely grateful for these bottles as my baby isn’t colicky, he drinks his milk within 25 minutes, and doesn’t have a hard time latching to it. I highly recommend this product. oh! and it’s VERY easy to clean. there’s only three parts that need washing: the bottle, the nipple, and the cap! no excess anti-colic pieces bc the anti colic is in the nipple itself. ... show more

My boy didnt do great with these. Just couldn't get a good latch. With that being said, there is nothing wrong with the bottles themselves. I like the design, the nipples are super soft if you're in need of a super slow flow then these are perfect! We were originally on Avent anti colic bottles and the only thing I missed while using these was the ease of putting the nipple back in the ring. With the Avent I can just pull it through from the bottom and it pops right into place. With these you have to work the nipple in from the top until the lip is sealed around. I know other bottles are the same way though. Just a design where I prefer avent ... show more

My babie loves these and they are great for breastfed babies as they don’t cause nipple confusion and the flow is actually manageable for newborns!
