  • Great Refresher
Format: Paperback
I went through college many years back and picked this book up as a good refresher while finishing up my final year of service. This book was excellent for getting back up to speed prior to heading back to college.

  • This is a great book
Format: Paperback
The examples and text are clear, but the math is a little bit difficult if you're like me and have been out of school for 6 decades. LOL If you count the appendix, it is 386 pages long. So it covers a LOT of topics. Which is why I purchased it.

  • Good book
Format: Paperback
The book is very useful for people who are struggling in physics it lays out very clearly the steps that are necessary to succeed

  • Great explanations of formulas and their derivations
Format: Paperback
Great at explaining topics in an easier-to-understand format than your textbook, offers simple, repetitive questions to help you internalize the formulas and calculations and to prepare you to tackle the more complex questions you likely see in class. Access to 'online questions' was disappointing, since your access is to a quite limited number of questions. All in all, a helpful addition to your physics textbook if you find the course challenging. Pair with example questions worked out on YouTube by The Organic Chemistry Tutor. ... show more

  • Icky Feeling Pages.
Format: Paperback
Helpful, but if you don’t like how newspaper feels, do NOT order the paperback. I am returning them and buying the nicer version from Barnes and Noble because I can’t stand to touch the pages.
