I was so excited for this PHLUR sample set to get to me. There really isn’t anything like this on the market where you can try mostly all of a brands perfumes. My favorite is father figure. There is just enough of each bottle to be able to wear it for at least a week or more. Great quality, spray effectiveness, love the scents, it’s lightweight but a great value for your money.

My favorite scent notes are anything that's bright at first but dries down into something warm and sweet. I absolutely love missing person, father figure, and soft spot. Golden rule is also not bad but the other 3 are my favorite. Vanilla skin was a little too musky for my taste but I can say that regardless my preferences, they all smell well crafted and not cheap. Definitely will be buying bigger bottles. Scent lasts for several hours as well. People are always telling me I smell so good.

As someone who likes light and inoffensive scents that don't grab attention this set is not for me. I was intrigued by this brand because I once scanned a perfume by them and it was rated as 'good' on the Yuka app so I thought the ingredients would be 'clean' and wouldn't give me a headache. I was wrong! if you are sensitive to perfumes like me then I wouldn't recommend these. For reference I enjoy light scents like Jo Malone or the Aqua Allegoria collection. Here is my review of each of these (this is how they react on my skin, they could smell great on you) Golden rule: very sweet, strong, sour, plasticy, heavy and headache inducing. Fragratica says it smells like Paradoxe. Strawberry letter: This one straight up smells like those strawberry erasers I had as a child. It's artificial and sickly sweet and turns a bit sour on my skin after a while. I did not like this. Rose whip: This is the perfume I enjoyed the most because it's quite understated. I smell the rose, it smells natural, there is also some powdery-ness to it. More of a mature scent and something I'd wear at night. It smells comforting to me. Father figure: I don't see coconut listed on the notes but it smells like coconut to me. It's unique and sweet and I don't mind smelling it but it is not for me at all. Mood ring: I don't see green apple listed but this smells quite bright like a crisp green apple. Fruity and sweet. Again it's artificial smelling to me but it's not that bad. I think this would suit a younger woman. Soft spot: I can smell vanilla immediately, but there is a sharpness that I do not like. It's also powdery. It gave me a headache and I had to wash it off. Missing person: this is probably the only scent that could be unisex in my mind. It has a musky, masculine vibe. This is probably one of the lighter scents too. I have to go way up to my skin to smell it properly. I do not like the name. Vanilla skin: this is very sweet, very vanilla. If you like gourmands then you'll like this one. Overall, I liked rose whip the most but probably won't purchase it as it is probably best for cooler climates and evening wear. I am still on the hunt for an everyday, light and natural scent with clean ingredients that won't give me a headache.

Definitely get this if you want to see how a perfume reacts to your own unique scent. Don't just go by the reviews, what smells great with her body chemistry, might just be "meh" to you. I personally loved, Vanilla Skin, Rose Whip, and Strawberry Letter. I was dying to like the popular ones, Mood Ring (cool name), Missing Person, and Father Figure but I wasn't in love with any of those scents. Every person needs a signature fragrance or two, so a sampler is the way to go. Maybe wear one out a day, so you don't go noseblind and see which ones you love- and because I'm a thirsty betch, the ones that get you compliments. Overall love them. Amazon of course doesn't allow perfume returns (I get it), so don't spend $$ on something you don't love!

Live all the scents but the bottles had issues. Multiple were difficult to spray - the little spray button wouldn’t work after one spray… a little frustrating because I couldn’t use some of the sprays.

So much fun, love many of the fragrances, and I can be fickle with perfume, so these are the perfect size.. Still enjoying them. Also, a few of these have been discontinued, so it's nice to be able to try them (but not get attached- I'm used to that with perfume.)

Perfumes for a person who is not permitted to wear fragrances at work. These scents are secretive, very delicate, extremely quiet. Each one is safe for office wear because the only person who will ever be aware you’re wearing a Phlur perfume is you. Perfect for anyone who works in a conservative environment with a ‘no odor pollution’ policy. None of the scents are unique, special nor innovative. Unfortunately the Phlur price is too expensive for inoffensive, average fragrances that last 30min with super weak sillage. For the lack of performance, it is significantly cheaper to purchase ‘unscented’ lotion or deodorant spray and wear that to work. If you are looking for perfumes that intrigue you, this is simply not the brand. If you’re looking to smell what the influencer overhype is about, this is a great seller to purchase from.
