I purchased this after having a horrible experience with the Inzone M9 . After over a week of research this was in my top three 144hz , 4K monitors for my PS5 under $800 on Amazon . I should have gotten this one first but Amazon as always made things right. Right out the box the picture is amazing. HDR presets look life like on Gran Turismo 7 . You can see the grain in the leather steering wheel , reflections on the back and side glass , just stunning . Motion is buttery smooth . No ghosting, tearing etc with the faster adaptive sync setting on . The Last of Us 1 and 2 , AC Valhalla , GTA 5, Astros Playroom were equally jaw dropping . For reference my prior monitor was a very nice LG 4K , 60hz monitor . The differences are noticeably remarkable. With HDR on COD and Fortnite look amazing and clear . I opt to turn it off for even faster response times . Even with HDR off it looks amazing !!! The speakers are some of the best I have heard especially on a monitor . The Ambiglow lighting is a nice touch too. This is just my first impressions and I will update if I have any complaints but I do not for see any . If you are looking for a monitor in this price range this imo is the best bang for your buck !!! ... show more

This review focuses on using this monitor with my 2021 M1 Pro MacBook Pro. This monitor is awesome for the following reasons: - USB-C video in and power delivery means I only need one cable running to my MacBook - It supports 4K@120Hz via USB-C out of the box for M1 Pro+ MacBooks, which I didn't think was even possible - NOTE to enable this, you have to enable USB-C Setting > High Resolution on the OSD, then select 120Hz in MacOS settings - When connected via USB-C video input, it also acts as a hub, meaning I can play aux audio output to my external speakers through the monitor, again without having to plug anything more than a single USB-C into my Mac - The max brightness of the screen (in SDR mode) is very bright – the same nits as the built-in screen of the MacBook Pros Aside from those points, the 'Ambiglow' lighting on the back is a cool extra touch. The metal base of the monitor stand is quite heavy, which in my eyes is a plus since it's less likely to move around and makes it feel very solid. TL;DR — If you are looking for a 32" monitor which has USB-C power delivery and 4K@120Hz video through one cable for an Apple Silicon MacBook Pro, this is probably one of the best/only options out there right now. ... show more

The picture is awesome on this monitor. Colors are vibrant and peak brightness is better than what Philips advertises. Bought this monitor for my Xbox Series X and am very pleased with the picture quality. AMD FreeSync Premium changed my gaming experience to be so much better. No screen tearing and stuttering is a blessing for my eyes. Something really surprising was the audio. DTS Sound is pretty damn good. For 5 watt speakers they sound great. This monitor really is nice. Build quality is great as well. Super easy to setup. Took 5 minutes from opening box to playing my Xbox Series X on this gem. The monitor itself is high quality, the stand is extremely solid and heavy, definitely makes it sturdy on my desk. It does take quite a bit of depth on the desk, but it looks very modern and clean. The best part: -4K quality and high fps is superb -color representation is very good -lower reflectivity than other matte monitors I had -backlight is built in -many ports and support for usbc connection -bezels are super thin -no cheesy or bulky branding anywhere The bad parts: -super bulky power supply, hard to hide it cleanly -terrible software support and controls -lack of smart support for usbc monitors, constant disconnect, lag and stutter when connecting usbc display, both Mac and PC -monitor doesn’t remember settings per connection, my PC connection might be set to 50% brightness but then it sets that for all connections, very annoying, same with any other setting -only DisplayPort and HDMI work well, anything connected to USBC keeps the monitor awake even if computers are asleep -brightness is very unpleasant, and lowering it almost makes colors dull ... show more

After having this a week I am returning it. The only GOOD thing is the contrast, which is excellent. First off, it's not "native" 144hz. It defaults to and "recommends" 60hz. It is not wide gamut (i.e. - NOT 124%sRGB) It's only 8-bit. It looks like they're simply over-saturating colors to make it look like a wider gamut. Higher vibrancy does not equal a wider color gamut. The WORST part tho is the terrible ghosting, particularly when scrolling text. Oddly it doesn't really do it in video games (that I've noticed) but using the web? TERRIBLE. ... show more
